Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Brownsville

First & foremost the staff should be taught how to speak to people ESPECIALLY the manager . Me & my husband just left around 2:30pm from picking up our order . Anyways . A black man walks in and KINDLY asked the manager if they had left overs that they were willing to give to him since he was not around here and he only had $4 in his pockets which he pulled out to show . The manager then proceeds to tell him " does it look like we give out left overs , $4 is not enough for breadsticks here maybe you should try mcdonalds" there was no REASON for the manager to speak to that man in a unproffessional manner . A lady who happened to be a customer eating there kindly ordered food the man , the manager tried to make a remark regarding the action she took . Im born & raised in florida , i have always been told about how texas is a very welcoming state . But this situation right here made me think otherwise. Theres no way this is tolerated here . My family have been coming to this pizza hut since the day it opened . Its sad & makes me angry to see a staff member treat...

I went at 9:00pm to dine in as I was looking at where to sit I was told that there dine in area was closed. I assume they just didn’t want to clean or serve me so I left. I went to the Boca Chica one and was greeted by Frank one of the BEST servers i’ve ever met. Gave homie a very good tip because he was so friendly and was always checking in on us. I recommend boca chica and if you get served by Frank please tip this nice man he deserves it if you meet him you’ll know. Anyways never going to this pizza...

Just like every Pizza Hut, the food was delicious. I was disappointed in this specific location they apparently do not follow the order instructions. I ordered online and selected contact less delivery. I even input my vehicle information and put instructions to put my order on the passenger side.
