McDonald's — Restaurant in Brunswick

Update since last review..... THIS PLACE USED TO BE GREAT! NOT anymore. No matter how long you wait in line, the fries are always cold or luke warm at best! ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS check your order! Because they cant seem to give you your correct full order. I work in the restaurant business. This is disappointing and disgraceful. They do not take pride in anything anymore. Its just slap whatever in a bag. Just once id like to get my correct complete order and it be warmer than luke warm. JUST ONCE!!!! Quit running off the good help!!! This store needs to do better or shut down!! Corporate needs to start checking on the quality of the food being delivered....or the lack of!

Also....not only do they forget to give 2 orders of nuggets....they only give us 1 of the snack wraps that we ordered. Sitting down in the dark watching a movie eating my burger....only to horrified when I realize it isnt cooked all the way through!!!! Some people may like it but I need well done meat! Im absolutely disgusted with the food tonight! I will not be back!!! This place has gone down hill in a bad way. AND THEY WERE NOT EVEN BUSY SO THAT DIDNT PLAY A FACTOR INTO THE HORRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE!!!!!! I know dang well...that NOTHING would be done about this. But maybe just maybe someone will heed my warning! Go elsewhere and save your money and time. $35 lesson tonight. Dont waste your hard earned money on this...

This is without a doubt the worst McDonalds in a Glynn Co.

TERRIBLE STAFF/ Rude and Slow staff who are of very little help If any. Management is also Terrible.

Not unusual to wait 15 min in line for old dried out food and that's if they even get your order right to begin with.

I rarely ever go to this location, maybe once a month because it's the closest to my house, and everytime I hope to see some glimmer of improvement...but I'm always let down.

This visit I couldn't even get my order placed...after five minutes of sitting at the speaker the lady's voice cameHer: "has your order been taken? No, I'm sorry go ahead..

Me: that's okay how muchbare the new cheesy bacon fries? Her: oh idk I'm not infront of board. Price is outside on your board. Me: no mamm it's not. Her : one moment , okay the price for the burger is... Me : I'm sorry I wanted the price of the cheesy bacon fries? Her: so you want to know how much the fries are.. me: sigh nevermind. Her :OKAY THATS FINE HAVE A NICE DAY! Friendliest/sarcastic thing she said... The owner operator should Lose his or her franchise or go through major Training.

The above sadly only ranks maybe a 4 out 10 on the worst visits scale. I just get really tired dealing with rude/ignorant...

This is probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. When we initially arrived we attempted to use the drive thru, however, after waiting for about 5 minutes and not being spoken to we decided to go inside for service. We then decided to use the kiosk to order our food. The kiosk was quick an easy to use, but it did not print a receipt. There was only us and one other group inside. After waiting for about 15 minutes I went to the counter to ask how much longer it would be. As I was walking up to the counter an employee said, "Ma'am it's coming." I asked how much longer it would be and she replied that she was waiting on one more thing. Once our food arrived they neglected to give us cups, sauce, incorrect kids toy (which we selected at the kiosk), and the incorrect fruit in the kids meal. When I went to correct these things the employees acted very annoyed and inconvenienced. I just don't really understand how difficult it was to get the items that were selected on the kiosk. The ticked on my cheeseburger was 10:08PM and we did not receive our food until 10:33PM. I asked if they would be able to print a receipt for me since one didn't print at the kiosk and the employees were completely clueless as...
