Ok I don't usually like leaving reviews especially negative ones I've been 4 times in the past week to this KFC/taco bell twice they messed up the order once the steak u could tell had been sitting around quite awhile twice I had the same girl at window she was jus overly rude n snappy the 1st time I jus assumed she was having a bad day but then the next time same attitude so now I assume that's jus her u don't like fast food don't work there 3 of the times I ordered a mobile order for KFC then Taco Bell at the window because they don't allow mobile Taco Bell orders for whatever reason twice as far as that goes went off without a hitch gave me my food at the window no problem the 3rd time and the reason I'm leaving this review I tell the guy at the speaker he tells me I can jus tell them at the 2nd window I get to the 2nd window he hands me my Taco Bell I tell him I have a mobile order he goes away then comes back and tells me I have to come inside to pick up mobile orders....wait .what? Never before have I had an issue picking up a MOBILE order and what in the hell is the point of placing a MOBILE order if u have to go inside to pick it up anyway this is shear laziness on the crew that was working tonight n poor leadership I use to be a shift leader at a KFC and worked at a separate taco bell amongst numerous other fast food restraints this is very poor service on all fronts think I shoud apply and show them how to do business and treat GUESTS without us non of you would work there as there'd be no business and no money to pay you... you guys...
Read moreI attempted to go into the Brunswick Location, when I arrived inside there was a large line of customers who had ordered and hadnt received any food in 15 minutes, a line of customers in the drive through, and a line of customers at the register waiting to order. No one was at the register, but there was a manager next to the register talking about unrelated things to a random customer for around 7 minutes with her drive thru headset on, helping no one. No one wants to hear your personal drama when the orders are backed up and people are waiting on food. I walked out instead of ordering because I wasnt committing to what would have been at least a 20 minute wait AFTER whatever wait to order I went through. I feel bad for the customers who made the mistake of paying. I left and went to one of the several other fast food restaurants in the area. The owner should highly consider that the quality of their hires affect whether or not people want to eat there, there is plenty of competitors in the area to go to, and thats just what I did. 10 minute wait at 5 guys, and thats from when I walked in, not when I made my order. Establishments get busy, and Ive worked fast food and customer service jobs for years so its not like I dont understand being in the weeds, but there is a definite lack of care among the management staff here. Read morei went to get some food with my fiancé around 2:40-3:00 monday afternoon. we had just gotten the taco bell rewards app because i’m 33 weeks pregnant and all i’ve been wanting to eat has been taco bell, and well the rewards app doesn’t work here. so we went inside and waited to order for what seemed forever as the front was unattended and the line started to get longer as time went on. when we finally ordered i needed to use the restroom because pregnancy lol as soon as i opened the door it smelt like a rat curled up and died in there. i left immediately and went and sat down and from what we saw, the kitchen looked absolutely disgusting. we got our food and i did a slight check to see if our food was there and it looked like it was, but when we got to the car i pulled out the food to separate mine and my fiancés food, i noticed a cheese roll up was missing so he went back inside to get one before we left, the cook out back was being quite rude to my fiancé as he argued he put it in the bag and made it a much bigger deal than it needed to be. if i wanted free food i would’ve asked for something else we ordered that was much higher in value not a tortilla with cheese.. but to the workers that were there today, thank you for giving us a reason to not...
