Maine-iak Lobster — Restaurant in Brunswick

I don't like to do this to a local small business, but after waiting 25 minutes for my meal to come it was not correct. I went back to the window to get the chips the menu said came with our order. The girl said I didn't pay for chips with my lobster rolls. I'm standing there looking at the menu that clearly says chips come with their $16 lobster roll. I was charged $16 and I pointed this out to her and she said I got what I ordered and paid for and then she turned and walked away. I should mention that when I ordered, there was no one else in line or waiting for their order so what took over 25 minutes for my order to come? My order was only 3 lobster rolls, and 2 side orders of fry's . Also someone ordered after me and received their food first. Unfortunately there was one other problem. Our lobster rolls had an odd taste that non of us could identify. The wait alone would stop me for going here again, but their attitude and food quality is the icing...

We went 8/1/21 and saw other frustrated patrons waiting & thought we’d still give it a try. Ordered two lobster blt’s. The lone worker was frustrated, sweaty, no hair net, slow, forgetful & on purpose at that. He said they were out of onion rings, fine we’ll take fries. He told us twice he out down fries in the fryer and never once did. We had none. Said he went for bacon, then 20 minutes later said he had none and asked if we wanted anything else. When we said we’ll take wings he never even cooked them. He was trying to close. He kept saying I’ll get that for you but never followed up. We each had two tiny rolls that came out 15 minutes apart and we were there for a total of 80 minutes. We’re from out of town so clearly we won’t be back but this is worth a dispute on my credit card. This person played games on purpose to close down the shop....

So glad that you guys get, that a business that doesn't rip people off, will do SO much better in the long run, than the one-visit "Tourist Traps," because you'll have repeat business, and Regulars to sustain you through the slow times. Maine has become infested with greedy ahlz from away, out to rip everyone off (high prices, small portions, low quality, bad service, don't care) and head home (out of state), with their money. They couldn't care less about Mainers, our important tourist industry, or enriching our economy. You guys are great, and I hope that you'll keep to that business model. It's...
