KFC — Restaurant in Brunswick

Past three times I have mobile ordered they almost forget half my order. If you want a small order they usually do it right but large orders they never get right. Today We sent my stepdad to pick up our mobile order they had it wrong so he had them fix it and check it to make sure everything they had on the ticket was there (they never gave a receipt and he wasn’t sure what was in the whole order) . The employees were super rude about it but of course we’d have them double check because they messed it up the past two times. We get home and my mom who placed the order checked and we were missing an entire large Mac and cheese and an 8pc of chicken and two orders of buiscuts. Waste of money honestly and the employees are super rude as if we haven’t wasted a massive amount of money on stuff they haven’t included in the order. But I live 20 mins away so we’re not going to drive back like we’ve had to do the past two times. Don’t recommend this store in the slightest when we just wanted dinner for our larger family but now there’s not enough food for all of us thankfully the manager got it all sorted out for us but we weren’t going back tonight to get it so now we have to cook and go back in...

I had a terrible experience. I ordered a deal for my family that included 2 chicken sandwiches, 1 fries, 2 drinks, 1 coleslaw, and 4 chicken tenders. In addition, I ordered 1 more chicken sandwich, 2 fries, and 1 fried chicken thigh. They handed me a sealed bag. I got in the car and gave the food to my family, then we realized it was missing 1 portion of fries and 1 fried chicken thigh. I went back and told them. One guy said he was sure the girl had packed everything correctly, and he spoke as if I was lying just to get more food. He said he would give me the missing items, but I was already so upset that I walked away without taking anything. I paid for the food—I just wanted to get what I ordered. Why would I lie just to get an extra fries and a chicken thigh?...

Ordered 90 dollars worth of food from here on DoorDash and when we got the food they had cups half empty no sauce even thou I paid for it, the food was cold and the bags weren’t sealed the food was wide out in the open!! I called them to try to resolve the issues the manager did try to help at all and even said that you don’t have to seal the food even though their company signed a contract with DoorDash saying they would! This is ridiculous and the management is quite freaky pretty dumb. This store is very poorly ran and operated, corporate should be paying attention to this and even with all these horrible 1 star reviews the store hasn’t improved at all. Honestly they should be reported and have a food safety inspection because I’m sure if they did they would...
