Antigoni’s Pizza Brunswick — Restaurant in Brunswick

I had a really awful experience here. The customer service left a lot to be desired. The food was not good. I will never ever go back. I am honestly extremely surprised how high this place is rated given how bad my experience was! I ordered ahead online and the website claimed my order would be ready in 22-30 mins. I received a text before getting to the window to pick up my order that my food was complete and ready. When I pulled up the person took a very long time to check on my order, they came back and claimed it wasn't ready yet. They told me to pull forward. As I watched at least 4 other cars go through and get their orders with no issue I thought maybe they were busy and had to remake my order. I've worked in a restaurant and I understand that happens. People make mistakes. This wasn't just a small mistake though....after 30+ mins of waiting (that's 30+ mins AFTER receiving a text saying my order was ready) I called them to complain and then they rushed my order out literally while I was on the phone with them. No.... They did not remake my order... It's was cold... Not fresh.... I'm sure you make think I live far away and that's what made my food cold.... No... 3.1 miles away. So my pizza and wings got room temp cold in 5 mins? No.... No they let my order sit there inside... While I sat outside...for 30mins! From where I was parked I could see inside the restaurant. They had two small tables filled... That was it. I was the only car waiting for an order. They were just standing around inside while I waited!

I paid $40+ for a meal that I had to reheat. Oh and my pizza was dripping with grease. It was disgusting. It soaked through the box and was dripping on my car seat. Bad customer service, bad...

I wanted a great salad Sunday and one to take home to my dad. I googled everywhere near me checked the prices and choices....I stumbled upon this place and checked out the online menu..... was blown away by the beautiful pictures the number of speciality salads to choose from with so many choices for customization. I had a difficult time choosing 2.....(because they all looked so appetizing!) I decided on the chef salad with fried pita strips for myself and the antipasto for my dad. The one thing I was disappointed with is I paid for extra cherry tomatoes on each salad but did not get either extra portion. However, the salad was actually as good as it looked in the pictures and were so very delicious and well made... actual appropriate ratios of all items (with that one exception). Prices are very reasonable and if gladly pay it again even with the small mistake they made. In fact I look forward to trying them all. I have a hard time eating in hot weather and the variety of salads and all the customizing options will keep me happy all summer long. My dad was extremely satisfied and delighted with his salad as well. The service was good, in fact while I was waiting I noticed how good the pickles looked in the picture menu and wondered if they tasted a good as they looked! So I asked the girl to add a side for my salad and was prepared to pay for them. She added them and did not charge me. I got a sample and have to say the are going to be added to every single order I make! I can't wait to go back to work tomorrow so I can grab some more salads on my way home. Online ordering is difficult with this place but I simply called and ordered. If you go there don't leave without trying the...

I am a long-time frequent buyer customer at Antigonis as I live down the street and they have very good salads and pizzas. This time however I called in to order my pizza. I got this girl who answered the phone with the usual greeting. I said I'd like to put in an order to pick up, as I always do. She repeated herself so I repeated myself that I was calling to put in an order to pick up because I didn't think she heard me. She interrupted me again and gave the same getting. I said I'm trying to tell you but you keep interrupting me. She hung up on me. I called back and asked for the manager. She would not give me the manager. She lied and said she did not hang up on me that she needed to take another call. I said you did hang up on me. My hands were not touching my phone. I also said I apologize if it was an accident. She interrupted me again while I was apologizing with her same greeting. I finally got my order in and started to say something and she hung up on me again. I have never had a more rude person on the phone from anyone at Brunswick Antonio's before. Well, the last time I called it was a little rude also and sounded much like this same person. Maybe not. This girl should not be taking orders over the phone. She is not a good representation for Antigonis....
