id have to say I was really bummed out on my FIRST VISIT EVER! It was not very busy at all and I scanned over the order board, which was smaller than I thought it would be and pretty pricey! I gave the cashier a shot at some good selling by informing her I had heard wonderful things about this place but I have never been here. She explained that a burger has 2 pattys and a junior has 1... that was the extent of a sales pitch.. no problem tho, I ordered the Bacon Burger with a large order of fries and waited nearly 10 min for my food to be ready which was ok.. I heard great things about this place! After taking my food out to the truck I opened the bag to grab a fry which was soggy and limp.. no problem I thought, it happens when its not cooked long enough or frialator wasn't at the right temp.. all in all just about all my fries were limp and 3 of them hadn't even cooked all the way through. The burger I had to throw away, the bread had become mush, the sandwich was so thick that I tried to compact it down and my fingers mushed into the bread, this wet, water/grease logged burger was now like slime in between my fingers. I was able to get about 4 or 5 bites and it had no outstanding flavor to it, I couldn't taste the bacon at all, the meat was dry and very gamely, like the cheap frozen patties you buy in huge bundles at places like Walmart or BJs and my gag reflex was trying to get past the whole mush bread. I spent $15 for a mushy burger and a bunch of under cooked fries.. not a great first impression guys.. sadly with a price tag that high I cant say that I want to give you guys a...

I asked for a strawberry milkshake and a vanilla milkshake, when our order is up we can't tell which one is strawberry and which one is vanilla, I ask the young man which one is which he looks at both of them and says "well if I had to guess that one looks like strawberry" 😳 I tried it and also my sons which was the vanilla one or so we were told, and both were the same. I went back in and explained my case I showed the the shift leader she glanced at me rudely and said we make all our milkshakes with fresh strawberries, I said ok but this isn't strawberry. She hollers for another milkshake and another female work comes out and says who those are popular today, the shift leader proceeds to tell the girl all about my story, well if any of you know 5 guys locations there aren't any walls so you can see and if your standing close even hear! Yup they were complaining about me. Again my order is up and this time the milks looks like strawberry but taste like a bucket of salt!!! Very disappointed, customer service...

If you order to go here, 1st, check your order! Like inside your burger too, which is sad for the price. 2nd, eat fries immediately or take home and rebake. 3rd, their burgers are wrapped too tightly so eat immediately or they get soggy. Also, for this location, do not trust the word of their female manager. Received the wrong order for the 1st time...never had a problem so I never checked. My fault. Didn't notice until I was all the way home in Freeport. Our dinner was ruined-one burger short and the other incorrect- however, the manager I spoke to was lovely. She offered a $10 voucher or to come back tmrw for meal replacement. That was all b.s. She lied. Clearly never told her staff. So I looked like a crazy person to the staff when I walked in the next day. Yes they gave me my "free" order back, but it was still wrong.
