First off I have to say this first and foremost… the reviewer Yanli Law that posted a negative review with one star and instead recommended people go to Fancy Q is actually related to the owners of Fancy Q, don’t believe me research it yourself… It is pathetic that she would slander a small business just to try to get more business for her own family business who already gets it’s fair share of business! Now that is out of the way, here we go with the review… Mrs. Ruby is an amazing woman, very dedicated to her business, her customers, and her family! Her food is authentic made from scratch food, so yeah if you are use to the gross Americanized “Asian” food this may not be the place for you, but if you want amazing authentic Asian food, definitely go here. Yes Mrs. Ruby is a bit abrupt and to the point but that is also authentically Asian, don’t be so devastated over everything… these are the same people complaining over the young “woke” crowd… Her food speaks for itself though, especially the noodle meals. Try her vermicelli!!! Mmm mmm mmm!!! This place is ran by she and her husband… that is all… that is a lot for just two people to do, especially when they are trying to get together call in orders as well! Poor things, some of you had to wait more than a few minutes… you’ll wait in line at some nasty fast food places for 20 minutes and not complain! Support local businesses!!! Support grass roots!!! Literally the best Asian food I have ever had in my life! I have lived in some of the biggest cities in the country (including Seattle where half the population seems to be Asian) and The Eastern Noodle has the Best Asian food I have ever tasted! Mrs. Ruby is the sweetest woman and such an insanely hard worker, she is extremely accommodating and goes way beyond anything you could even expect to make you feel happy and be sure you enjoy your meal. She is a seriously overworked woman and if sometimes she seems rude it is because she is so exhausted she can barely even stand up... I myself have never experienced this but I read other reviews where some people say they have. The service you get here is superb, she even use to wait after she was closed sometimes for us to pick up our food after we got off work late without any protest. Amazing woman, amazing top quality food made from scratch, just amazing overall. 100...

A good size restaurant and clean. However, this is probably the only pros I can say for this place. I have patronized this establishment no more than 4 times in the last 3 years. Each visit, I have been greeted by the lady at the counter with a very blended attitude. She seems very impatient when I asked for items or questions on the menu, however I have observed her attitude with certain customers; she was cheerful and attentive to them. Maybe if I were a regular, she would be nicer to me?? As for the food, not very flavorful. Blend just like the customer service. The value is ok since it is not a high end restaurant and the quality of the food definitely can be better. Now, if you want great food with excellent customer service regardless if you are regular patrons or new customer...go next door to Fancy Q. They are attentive...
