Had a great lunch at Pizza Inn today, it was my birthday treat. Our server Adrian was awesome. She kept our drinks filled constantly, she kept coming by to check on us, and she had a chocolate chip cookie pizza made specially for my son. We were so grateful for her attentiveness and kindness! I don't typically leave restaurant reviews but I had to say something. Those servers were really moving out keeping everything stocked they were literally almost running, but they were so friendly and kind to everyone. I was really impressed. The food was all hot and fresh even though they were having a big birthday party in the back room. They would announce what they were bringing to the buffet as it came out of the oven, that was really helpful to me.
The only slightly negative thing I could say would be the bathroom situation, as they are located through the back room where they normally apparently have parties. It was just very awkward for me to navigate through someone's party to use the restroom, some of the kids were swinging toys around and almost hit me. But this isn't the fault of the restaurant it's the parents lol. I don't know what a solution to the restroom situation would be, I just thought I'd mention it.
If we are in the area we will definitely be back. Thank you...
Read moreJust visited this restaurant for the last time. The manager on duty today was beyond rude and kept harassing my aunt about our family having a birthday party in the back private room. Specifically said “these tables are money to our waiters, that’s money, that’s money..” as she pointed to the tables we were using. Each table had paying customers at it I might add. Their front room also had empty tables, and they were taking up two of their own tables to fold pizza boxes as well. If there was a problem it could have been dealt with COMPLETELY in a different manner. I also heard the manager mention that we needed to remember “this is a restaurant”. I also asked the cashier if there was a way to leave a review or talk to someone before resorting to this, unfortunately our problem was with the manager on duty, so this...
Read moreWhat a great place to eat at. The price of one adult buffet with drink and tax was $11.25. Well worth it for unlimited pizza, pasta, salad, and desserts (chocolate chip cookie pizza and cinnamon rolls). The pizzas were plenty and seemed to come out with speed. Taste and quality were amazing. I came from Virgina on business travel and had researched the place ahead of time. The most shocking part for me was that you get to eat first and then pay. Usually, I'm used to paying first and then eating at buffets. All of the waitresses are amazing and extremely hard workers. I was taken care of by Chelsea...who anticipated when I needed a refill and brought it without me asking for it...and she had other customers, including a large family gathering. Overall, a GREAT...
