We use to love coming to this place to get lunch, Jason is an awesome person but his staff has little to be desired. My wife called in an order for pick up today and I heard her have to repeat herself three or four times then she finished the conversation re-affirming the order. When I went to pick up the food I said I had an order for my name for pick up and the lady said something to the person cooking who just stood there looking like he was being bothered. He went to check the oven so I thought it might be my order but then stood there again with his hands on his hips. When I finally got my order and made it back across town to back to work my wife open her sandwich and it was completely wrong as was mine. A simple hot ham and cheese with tomatoes does not have veggies on it. She was upset to say the least and returned to the store to get our order corrected only to be met with a snarky attitude from the cook (who originally took the order) he said a few things that he probably shouldn’t have out of total disrespect for my wife. We will never return here again for ANYTHING! let alone a lunch for $32 plus dollars and that kind of service. Ive been a life long customer of this store. I love coming in to get a Ham Italian now and then. Lately its a 50/50 chance of getting your order made right. My parents and I all got Italian sandwiches tonight. One with no tomatoes or olives, one with no peppers, and one unmodified. The unmodified had no tomatoes, the other one had green peppers, and mine had olives. All 3 were made incorrectly. The young staff were goofing off and not paying attention, while discussing whether the mop water in the bucket was from Saturday (today's Wednesday), or from Monday.

These kids making the food just don't pay attention. Too busy looking at their phones or talking to each other to not make mistakes. I love the store but I politely suggest having a staff meeting to discuss this. Other people I know have been having...

I can’t speak for the food as I’ve never tried it, but I’ve come in once and this is my experience. Warming’s has the typical soda coolers and a small beer selection. I went in to buy a Diet Pepsi and cigarette papers. I had no cash on me, and had planned on using my credit card. I was told by the cashier that they do not sell rolling papers or tobacco products. The cashier then told me they have a minimum fee for using cards, and without the papers, my drink was not enough. I politely declined the sale and left.
