At this McDonald's we experienced the worst service we have ever had. We arrive too order to dine in. We stood at the counter for several minutes and no one even bothered to take our order. I tried getting someone's attention only to have someone respond to be very rudely saying this register is closed. I asked is there someone that could take my order and they walked away. Through another customer they told me that I would need to use the Kiox. Never have I used one before they would not help. I finally placed my order and on the screen it asked to enter my table number for what purpose as you will see. My order was ready and the manager came half way from behind the counter to where me and my family were sitting to call out that my order was ready. I thought he was going to bring it out to us as we are custom to at other McDonald's. He never brought it so I got up and asked why he did not bring our order and his response very rude was I don't have anyone at the time to take the order. I told him "you walked have way and then walked back behind the counter and just stood there. One of the girls working there said to me that they don't have anyone to take the food to the table and I asked her why she couldn't do it if she had been just standing there doing nothing but talking to other employees. The manager then told her to go back to her window and not argue with me. In the first place no one was arguing but they could of displaced more courtesy, politeness, or even just listening before opening there mouths and make themselves look and sound very unprofessional. Like always I order something simple (Double Filet w/extra tarter sauce well done) thatās it just the sandwich. I was asked too pull up and I did and I sat and waited for almost 30 min for just 1 sandwich. Did anyone bring me my order...NO. I had to get out of my vehicle and go in and get it. Now I should have checked my order too see if it was right but after working 12 hrs I was tired so I proceeded too head home. Something told me to check my order as I was sitting at the red light. Well it was wrong like ALWAYS. I was given a regular filet plain! Of course I had to go back too McDonalds and when I entered they knew I was not a happy customer. As I was waiting on my correct order I asked to speak to the manager. Well one of them was tied up talking too a cop and the other was well letās just say not manager material. Young Very rude and could not look me in the eyes when being spoken too. So The reason my order was not right was because there are New people being trained. Donāt know how hard it is to make a double fish filet w/extra tarter sauce! I walked in an placed an order at one of the new kiosk machines they have, which I love due to the fact that interaction with some fast-food employees can be painful. After I waited 10 minutes I walked to the counter and asked about my order. The woman pointed at the kiosk, and said "You ordered over there?" I said yes. She smacked her lips, rolled her eyes, and turned away proceeding to go get a hamburger patty from wherever they keep them. Note, after 10 minutes she finally put my order cooking. I sat down, and after another 5 minutes my number was called. Furious by this point I grabbed my food and walked out. I get in my truck, take a bite of my burger.. Burger was cold, cheese was hard, bun was hard. It was terrible. It definitely was not the burger she began making in the first place. I walked back in, got my money back and left. What should have been a transaction that included a little bit of professionalism, and no more than a few minutes turned into a 15 minute ordeal, a display of rudeness because some people hate their jobs, and a lost customer.
