This is the second racial incident we have had at this location and frankly the actions of both the blond red lipped bartender and the general manager are disgusting. Our waitress a skinny blonde at the bar literally walked around the bar asking everyone if they needed anything and completely skip us , she walked right by us to flirt with the general manager. Who sat there and watched this but was only worried with flirting with the bartender. Mind you my husband is black and I’m white, everyone else at the bar was white. We sat there for 45 minutes and was only served 1 drink and our appetizer which we ended up taking it to go bc we had already asked for the check by the time it was served (we literally had to flag her down just to get these ordered). After 45 minutes my husband asked me “what’s it take to get our food ordered” the general manager heard that and finally asked if we needed anything we told him the check. She finally came over and asked if we needed anything and I told her “the check” she huffed and walked off. When she came back she slammed the ticket on the counter and we put our card on top, at that point she jerked the ticket and card away. The behavior is disgusting between the bartender and general manager. We were fine sitting and waiting, we were in no hurry, but to be treat with so little regard is ridiculous. Do better...

We do not want anything from them.we just wanted our order right from the begining. Not going to eat there in person ever.

The hamburgers were burnt. Not enough sauce. The avocado pieces small. All of that has nothing to do with waitr.

Ok so we are eating right now bc ee ordered it and don't want the food to go to waste. Ordered teo hamburgers. Both hamburgers were dry. Boom boom shrimp good- next time we will get no cabbage with the bolm boom shrimp. We will try to give this place another shot.Ordered a sweet iced tea and got a somewhat flat rootbeer. Both orders of sweet potato fries were cold. The hamburger was not eaten. For the amount of time it took to make since this is supposed to be a restaurant and not fast food.everything should have arrived exactly how we asked. It was not. The othee hamburger on the receipt does not have mayo on one of them. Pretty disappointed with the not having sweet iced tea.they could have told me so I could have picked a different drink atleast but they did not do that. Been to many walk on's locations and loved the service, but this location is a joke. Called in a to go order at 4:19 arrived at the location at 4:50 payed for my food, expecting my food to be ready, but to my surprise it was not. So I sat down and waited so at 4:57 I asked the waitress what's the delay and she replied with "it will be ready shortly". So around 5:00 another customer walked in and payed for his meal a hamburger, chicken wings damn near the whole menu, so around 5:10 I hear bagging of food and I just knew that was my food getting ready. BUT NO! To my surprise it was for the balding gentleman who damn near order the whole menu. So in all the wisdom of this young waitress had to muster In an intelligent and heart felt statement was as follows " I'm sorry they forgot to make your order but they are making it now" so by this time I just wanted to leave so I asked for my refund and again the brightest statement this young lady could come up with " are you serious" . So she called over numb nuts a chef called bob, who I must say has the same personality as a brick wall, he didn't say anything just gave me my refund and I left.
