The manager was extremely rude. There was a problem with my mobile order. It wasnāt showing up on their computer even though it showed up as paid on my phone. She asked me to try to cancel it. I did. The app said I couldnāt cancel it. She took my phone and looked at it, but couldnāt solve the problem. I was holding up the drive thru line so I told her I would come inside so we could figure it out. When I got inside, there was a radio in the kitchen that was blaring so loud we couldnāt have a conversation and I couldnāt think straight. She asked me to āput on my location.ā I donāt understand what that means and I couldnāt think with the radio volume being so loud. I told her I was going to step outside to figure it out. I decided to just order again. When I did my mobile order again it went through successfully. Paying twice. I waited outside until I got the notification that said, my order was ready. My order was NOT ready so I had to wait in the restaurant. I was grateful that at least the volume of the radio had been lowered while I was waiting. However, when I while I was checking it for accuracy and asking for ketchup, someone turned the radio volume up very loud again. I left the restaurant. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI sometimes have issues with a few of the employees at several different locations on how they make my Hazelnut Iced coffee. The first time I went, I was taking a friend to work and we stopped and went through the drive thru and he bought me breakfast. I only ordered a medium iced coffee because what I'll get. On several occasions I would get a whole bunch of coffee grounds on the bottom of my cup, other times they don't stir it. I always ask for a extra shot 6Hazelnut and cream. And if I get my coffee at the Villa Maria West store in the Tejas Center area, give you attitude telling me that they did when you see dang well that you have a layer of his men on the bottom and then swirls a cream throughout the cut and also whole bunch of granules on the bottom of coffee. But this restaurant I had to come through and get another!! Another!! Coffee but enlarge this time because this girl made it spot-on perfect beautiful taste yummilicious! So kudos and much much more kudos. It doesn't give me a name on the receipt it just says KS# 13. But that young girl is a very good mixologist a coffee! Did the survey with a different locations receipt and got what I went there for and went about my day. Well tried to do the same at this establishment because it's a money saver for sure. Well I didn't have the receipt of there location so she tried telling me they couldn't do the promo. Which made no sense but I order from this mcdonalds all the time and found a receipt, did another survey and went back through the drive thru. Well she looked aggravated I came back through and I showed her the recent, she read it. And just had a attitude saying " so what do you want" and at the other establishment I remind you I did the SAME THING. SAME ORDER. And got the food. Well she tried telling me they couldn't do the sandwich I requested. Yet it says ANY SANDWICH. I just don't understand what's the point if the words ANY and it doesn't actually apply.
