Food so far has been very tasty. 1st time I was there the they were not open but they were very nice and I was able to walk around and take pictures. It's awesome to have a good barbecue place here in Bryan now. The menu is small but they are still on a is still on a soft opening so so don't expect everdon't expect everything to be perfect all the time And if something is wrong please ask for the owner because I'm sure he will make it right. He is probably out there cooking the the food if not running behind the bar he was pretty much all over the place when I was there, now 3 times I've been there. I have only a few more things to try and I'm definitely looking forward to it, leftovers are always a thing in my refrigerator so I have extended the the pork a few different ways and it has been awesome an awesome. I love the well so far everything I have liked I've liked I can't say there's anything I haven't liked. I definitely would get out there and try itry it if you can't eat it there take it home. If you're unsure where they are at they are on the other side of yesterday of the railroad tracks from Amtrak. I basically found it coming south down Lynn St. I added a few pictures from the 1st time I ate there there and we had the brisket sandwich and pulled pork sandwich and pulled pork sandwich, I will say the brisket sandwich was to die for it was awesome. I never usually write this long of a review on Google this is something I normally save for Yelp but he...
Read moreThis is a converted vintage passenger train station. Really neat "laid back" place for a sandwich and a beer. Very small food menu but food is delicious. BBQ sandwiches, baked beans, mac & cheese are basically what is available. 1 small front dining space, 1 larger back room with dining space, pool table, darts and checkers. There is decking around 3 sides of the restaurant. The front porch has rocking chairs and a small table for 4. The front yard has a couple of picnic tables and a firepit with chairs. The back deck that faces the railroad tracks runs the length of the building and has a railed fence wide enough to put food and drinks on. In good weather, this is a great place to stand and watch the trains come and go. Quiet and picturesque. So many different places to sit or stand to eat and just hang out with a beer or soda. First time customers but will definitely return! They heat with wood using an old railroad stove so looking forward to visiting this winter to see how that goes!! Not fancy so...
Read moreThis is a very unique and fun experience. Trains go by the back, which has a porch you can sit on to watch them. I was delightfully surprised by this! It's a station that has been converted to a saloon, and the furniture and decor is all an old timey woodwork and style. The food is fairly priced. The portions of meat are generous in the sandwiches. The meat is smoked to perfection. The BBQ sauce adds a spectacular flavor to the meats. The drinks are average prices, though they do have $5 margaritas! Overall, a great spot for lunch or a quick dinner. They also have an outdoor front lawn and appeared to be dog friendly (I saw some people bring them to the front...
