Took a sugar-filled trip to Spangler Candy World in Bryan, Ohio — AKA the Lollipop Capital of the World 🍬 This place is more than just candy: it’s a full-on interactive museum, with STEM-games, a giant color-changing Dum-Dum display, and exhibits that explain how candy is made.

Who’s a fan of Dum-Dums🍭? On our recent road trip we made a stop into Bryan, Ohio to visit Spangler Candy World and that iconic Dum Dum water tower. We also just so happen to be there while Spangler Candy celebrated its 100th Birthday!! A totally sweet stop where we got to see lots of candy history, interactive play and fun photos. Now the big question is what’s your favorite Dum Dum Lollipop? @Dum-Dums @Sweethearts Candies #dumdums #dumdumlollipops #dumdum100 #roadtrip #roadsideattraction #bryanohio #spanglercandyworld

Before heading here don't forget to stop by the selfie spot near the painted water tower and down the street is a graffiti wall.

This experience opening was long awaited amongst the community but there are a few things that could make it better.

The video tour was very cute but not worth the extra $ especially with no "free" piece of candy at the end? Even Hershey hands out small candy bars. Heck I can get a lolly at the bank for free too.

Testing out the robot for candy pick up needs more candy for it to work properly. Plus one wasn't even working at all

The scent during the video was a fun addition but that could have been done more than once.

Would love to see them expand upon this space by adding sq footage with more exhibits. Also wish you could scoop your own favorite dum dum flavors into a bag or push a button to fill a bag with dum dums.

Overall will likely stop by the store again but not pay the extra for the...
