Admittedly we came in on a game day, and it was packed. However our experience was confusing and frustrating. We came in, found an open table, and went to order. I got in line and the cashier asked if it was for there or to go. When I said dine in, he asked if I had a table, I said yes and he started to take my order. Then the other cashier said something incoherent to him and he seemed irritated but then continued to take our order, then the manager came over and told me that even though I had a table I couldn't order because there were other folks waiting for a table. I tried to explain that we had a table but was told I could only order it to go. Still not understanding how the process worked nor getting any real explanation from the manager we just chose to leave and probably won't be back to the Express version of WnM again.

Thanks for your reply. We found an empty table with no number tent on it. That was not me or my family. I was polite and courteous to the manager and employee and simply said "okay thank you, please cancel the order." and...
Read moreWent thru the drive thru. The lady taking the order was confused and as if she was rushing me is that all, is that all. Then she messed up the drinks. We got our food and went home only to find we had paid for a 6 piece chicken strip and only got 4. They were mostly breading, very little chicken. The wings were overcooked and crunchy all the way to the bone. The cheese curds were 1/2 hollow and 1/2 chewy like gum. And to top it off they didn't snap the lid on the ranch so everything in my condiment bag was covered in ranch. I called and the response was..I'm so sorry. Save the food so we can do quality check on it and then we will remake the part that was messed up. I was not driving back into town. After all the money I had spent. She said well sorry you won't have supper tonight save it and bring it in another time. Perhaps that is their way of "fixing" the problem at hand however I felt as if she were calling me a liar so I threw the food to the dogs and chalked it up as a lesson not to...
Read moreWhile I was waiting for an order to be ready, I thought I would just look and see how things were being made. The lady that was on the deep fryer with the wings I noticed she wasn’t wearing any gloves while she was picking up the cooked wings by her bare hands, she was dipping them in a sauce and putting them either in the to go containers or even the small baskets For eating at the restaurant. I would think this would be cross contamination. You are handling the food with your bare hands along with the sauce and you’re touching other items the baskets for the deep fryer that has got to have Bacteria on there. I had told somebody there at the restaurant and his reply was they wash their hands frequently. Well, I was waiting for a while, and I did not see her wash her hands. Just imagine if she’s actually picking up raw chicken with her...
