Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bryant

We had a horrible experience with dominos. I ordered two pizzas, Cinna sticks, Parmesan bites, a salad, and a sand which. When my order was delivered, the delivery guy gave me the wrong receipt to sign. I informed him of this and he pulled a wad of crumpled receipts from his pocket and asked me what my total was while he looked through them. He finally found ours and I signed it. I realized he had forgotten my salad. I asked for it and he said 'oh I forgot it. Do you want me to bring it all the way back?' I said yes of course, I've paid for it. Once he left I realized he didn't leave the Parmesan bites either. So I called the store and they said they'd send it and offered me free stuff. I declined the free items and explained I'd just like what I ordered. So a while later the same guy shows back up with just the bread. I ask about my salad and he says I'd have to call the store Bc there was no salad on my receipt. I showed him the receipt and showed him the one I received on my email that clearly stated I did order a salad. He said he didn't know what to tell me and walked off. So I call the store and have to wait to speak to a manager, even though the guy on the phone says he sees where I ordered the salad. The manager gets on the phone and acts put out that she's having to give me the $7 salad I ordered. The same guy finally shows back up with salad and literally tosses it to my husband in the bag and walks off without saying a word. I get the salad out and guess what...it's half opened, cheese spilled everywhere, and all the lettuce is brown and nasty looking. I will never use dominos again. The service was ridiculous, the food even worse, and they acted like my wanting all the food I paid for was a pain in their butt. What was actually the biggest pain was me going without the dinner I paid for Bc once they finally did deliver it (almost 2 hours after the original order time) it...

Well Dominos you ALMOST received 5 stars... This location is in a shopping center right off the highway. We went to get an oil change at take 5. This Domino's Pizza was the closest location. This worked perfectly because I placed the order over the phone while having my oil changed. The young lady that took my order was not friendly at all. To be completely honest she seemed plum miserable!! The order was taken very monotone. This location was out of ham and I understand that sometimes things happen so I over looked that. Well I get there and Noone is in the front and a guy cooking pizzas called for the young lady in the back somewhere. Then it's the same thing with the monotone...pick up?...Yes,....Name? ...Caraway...okay. that's exactly how it went. I get out to the car and realize I forgot my 20 oz Dr. Pepper. I then go back in the young lady was Still in the back. I tell the young man that I forgot my Dr. Pepper he says okay, well there are not any in the front case and he looks in the side case. He says "oh I think we need to restock" hands me a hot Dr. Pepper from the black crate on the shelf. Well since we are traveling I had ice and a cup so we made it work. Now the BEST part was the PIZZA!!!! My pizza was hot fresh and extremely well made. We have not had the spinach and cheese pizza and it was so so good. To be honest even my other pizza missing the ham was still very good 👍 this is the only reason for the 4 stars 🌟 The pizza was good BUT my over all experience was NOT worth $39.52. My husband and I have ordered from this dominos plenty of times and never really had any complaints. Yesterday however we ordered a very simple order (one medium one large both one topping pizzas) and got the app alerts saying it was being cooked and then one that said it was done. We arrived 20 min after the order to which we were told it would be done shortly. While we waited we noticed multiple cars coming and leaving or waiting like us so we chalked it up to everyone ordering because of the COVID-19 mess and not wanting to cook. We were patient and the same guy who told us our order would be done shortly came out 10 min later to the window because he had apparently not remembered we were the ones sitting in it. Then he said oh yeah and went back inside. Came out again to give someone else their order (it was at 40 min since I placed the order at this point) and he gestured to us that it would be one minute. We ended up waiting 20 more minutes as I watched him bring another order out that wasn’t ours. When I asked about it he said one of our pizzas had gotten messed up and that they were busy. No apology or offer to check on the status or anything. When I explained that we should have been informed that it would be delayed he just walked back inside. He brought the pizzas out 10 min later, handed them to my husband, and went back inside without a word. No apology or further explanation. We understand the busy aspect and honestly would have been perfectly fine with just an explanation but instead we got nothing but an attitude and disregard. We won’t be using this location...
