Quick service relative to order. When received my bowl it looked absolutely amazing and very well made exactly as i requested with sour cream pico and guac on the side then i took the first bite and suddenly became quite confused then I spat it out omg there was so much salt in the Mexican rice!!!! I continued to attempt to eat my 19$ meal with double meat to finally give up. It was simply poorly measured salt there's no way it was intentional im sure of it so I call the store. When I called I asked the manager to taste the Mexican rice. He came back to the phone stating it was definitely a little salty then retorted with "but we make it like that all the time" now look this was my fourth and definitely final time eating there seeing how there was no offer to make anything right in the end my Great Dane gets my meal and I eat a sandwich lesson learned. Geez what a let down. Service was very fast and food was prepared how I asked aside from the salt wow the salt. Omg the salt.

Changed review to 1 star after talking to the general manager to find HE was the individual I spoke to about the food. There was no offer to make it right nor was there even a simple apology for the waste of money I ordered from there. Just someone repeating and I quote this from him " I can't satisfy everyone" which is the last thing anyone wants to hear when there is a issue. So very disrespectful and this guy is the stores leadership. Not a good example and I hope his crew wasn't listening as they may follow such a poor example presented by their very own leadership. The management has change for the worse. I been coming here for years I literally get the exact same thing. I have spent a hundreds of dollars here over the years I could confirm this with my bank. One night The manager tries to charge my 1.50 extra because I said alil more rice on my quesadilla please after I was givin the first half serving. He says it cost more for extra. This was nothing more then the usual amount someone would get. That’s like going to Subway and asking for lettuce on your sandwich, then, after thry put some, you asked for a little more and then they charge For extra lettuce when you get to the register. I was shocked he was charging me extra. Then he couldn’t even tell me what is the standard portion or serving size amount of rice is.. is it 1 oz 2oz or 3 what is it???? He couldn’t even tell me because he was making it up. He told me to get out or pay now. he then stanched the bag away from me. I feel he discriminated against me and I’ll never return. Nor will any of my friends that I have introduced to the restaurant. The management is bad and I even ran into former employees that say the same. My experience is usually good but when I went last night to get my all veggie bowl 2 of the ingredients I asked for were not present on it. I got it at 840pm and they close at 9. So when I found out they were closed. So when I called the next morning I was told I couldn't get my bowl remade because it as to late and they would have to see it. So basically your telling me not only did I pay for it, but also I can't get what I paid fo and yo just took my money! I was told its policy but this policy is nowhere for us to see, not even on the receipts. This actually has me having second thoughts about going again or even taking my kids with me like we normally do because I was literally told by the manager Chris that he doesn't believe me.
