First of all.. love the look and love that I have a McDs next to home! But on the other hand.. Went once earlier and then later with the spouse. My first experience- the order taker was 5/10, customer service wise. And the person who gave me my food was 10/10. Second experience- the order taker seemed to have better things to do. I ordered 3 hor fudge Sundays for $3.59 each and they are probably the worst looking ones I have EVER got. And hardly any fudge. Picture on review. Their signs were advertising the chips ahoy frappe so I ordered one and she said (completely deadpan, like I was annoying her, "we don't have that".) Why not say "so sorry, we dont have that at the moment. What can I get you instead"? But at the same time, the guy who took my payment was super nice. I've done customer service my whole life. Its almost too easy to be nice to someone ordering your services. Im really the easiest person to please so I had to write this. Kinda sad.. Hope it gets better! Either way I'll be there but if you step it up I'll be reviewing again.....

Ordered food, three windows stayed at window three a while was brought someone else’s food. Finally I get my food, hands it to me leaves no sauces I asked for and nobody stays at window three. I go to try my food it’s cold my fries were literally wet and cold. I go back through and ask if I can swap fries and get some sauce told go to window 2. Get new fries same issue and then she walks away and I never got sauce. I will never come back if this is what you get...

No one greeted me, no one took my order, so I pulled up to the window to find out that I can’t order anything because they have a computer problem.
