Back in November my family and I tested positive for Covid. We went to the Banner in Litchfield Park which by the way they were amazing. After i had quarantine and had about 3 more days symptoms free. I called this office for an appointment, because I was in pain, had nothing to do with covid symptoms. When I called in I told the girl what was wrong and she asked me the usual questions regarding Covid, I told her I had tested positive and that I was symptom free and i had passed the quarantine time frame. She got me scheduled. I show up to my appointment and the girl at the entrance asks me the same questions. I let her lnow everything. She then tells me let me see if they can see you. She texted the Doctor and they said no because now I had to be 7 days symptom free. Mind you I am symptom free and was going in for something totally different. I just called yesterday to see if I could take my older son in because he needed a release form filled out so he can play sports again. The form had about 5 check off questions. He did not need to be checked at all because they had done that at the Litchfield office when he went for his 2nd Covid test. Mind you we had Covid at the beginning of November and we are in December. The girl told me she had nothing with Dr Pyle, but if I wanted to see someone else? I said that was fine so she scheduled me with Dr Willis at 8am, but then she comes up with sorry it seems it shows it is double booked. She called the office to see what happened. She comes back on the line and says the clinic will call me right back About 5 tob10 minutes I get a call back with them saying they had nothing available, that maybe tomorrow or next week. I needed the form for yesterday. I was so upset, because it seems that just because we had Covid we can't get an appointment. Everything changes as soon as we say we had Covid. I ended up driving to the Litchfield office and the girl at the front desk filled it out and had the Doctor sign. In less than 5 minutes we were out. No need to see a Doctor. I will be searching for...
Read moreHorrible. I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences with my physician, Dr Willis. Good luck getting in to be seen without waiting at least two weeks, even if it needs immediate attention. They don’t care, they are all booked. She doesn’t have the authorization to prescribe certain medications and isn’t certified for some procedures, so then you’d have to wait even longer to be scheduled with a different provider in the office. I got a phone call to schedule a procedure within a week, schedulers words, but then couldn’t fit me in for nine weeks. NINE! They never return phone calls, I’ve left several messages with staff about bad side effects from a medication and needing a different prescription, nobody calls me back. It feels like she sees her patients as just a number, doesn’t really address concerns. Also, it took them 3 weeks to give me results from my bloodwork but only after I kept calling and asking for the results. They didn’t even call, just sent over an email. I’ve read some people have no problems at this office, but that is not the case for me.
Adding an update in reference to the return phone call I’ve been expecting after experiencing bad side effects and needing a new script. Keep in mind they even had one of the messages I left labeled as Urgent. I called again yesterday to get answers and they assured me I’d receive a call later that day, I didn’t. So I called today and they said my provider is out but another provider replied to the message and said to stop taking medication and call my pcp. Nobody notified me of his reply and I don’t believe they were even going to. Also, I need a different medication and have been trying to get in touch with my pcp with no success. So, do I not receive medical care because my doctor is “out...
Read moreThis review is directed to the owner who has chosen to refuse my being seen in her clinic. I have been a patient at your facility for over 8 years & it appears that one incident has compelled you to ban me from receiving medical care for my husband. I returned to apologize specially to the receptionist & to you for my behavior resulting from waiting for 11/2 hours for my husbands appointment. I am disappointed that medical professionals cannot understand caregiver stress as my husband has been a vascular dementia patient at your clinic throughout his illness. We waited 4 months to see a new doctor because our beloved & respected doctor Carlos Ventura left your clinic. My husband came without coffee, breakfast or meds prepared for his routine checkup , medication refills and lab work. We were told it would be a meet and greet appointment and she was with a patient up until I became impatient with waiting and disrupting my husbands routine for no reason. I then walked out telling the receptionist to tell the doctor to “have a nice day.” When I returned to make my apologies you, the owner, would not give me the courtesy to meet me and listen to what I had to say. The receptionist was delightfed to tell me that we could no longer be seen at your facility. She also made it a racial issue as she accused me of saying “you people “ which I don’t recall saying but then I realized that she is accusing me of being a racist, even though it was her unprofessional conduct that led to my impatience. I am inconvenienced because of your decision to prevent us from continuing our care but I am highly disappointed that what I thought was at one time a very caring & supportive system for our needs has diminished to such...
