Someburros — Restaurant in Buckeye

So excited to try this new place. So disappointed in the food. Enchiladas are not cooked properly . Tortillas were straight out of a bag and not cooked or warmed up. Ordered a potato taco and got a broken taco. The server noticed and immediately recognized it and offered to get us a new one. It never arrived. When we asked for it the server was disappointed that we hadn’t received it so he offered us coupons for free food. The taco arrived and it wasn’t what we ordered but we let it go. Potato taco is not what an authentic potato taco should be. It was cut up pieces of potato with ground beef. But we never actually got to try it because we didn’t get it. I would like to add that the young man who was the cashier was incredibly kind and polite as was one of the servers. Eat my shorts and socks n shirt, new review from my first. First off when you walk in, there’s always a quick grab for the kids as in coloring sheet and crayons (awesome) then a black board with specials and birthdays. Talk about caring about your staff. Then the brite open dining is super clean and the staff are always friendly and ready for your order. I have tried several dishes since my first stop in and this place is over the top. There is a good choice of meals to try and the stadium nachos are incredible. Mini chimis are very tasty as so many other meals. Even their bean and cheese burritos are the best around. 8 out of 10 times, I’ll choose someburros over other places to eat. Always fresh and margaritas to go! Home run on that one. Visited the Buckeye location on Taco Tuesday and had a great overall experience. The atmosphere was clean and lively, and the staff was friendly and helpful despite the busy evening crowd.

We took advantage of the Taco Tuesday special—both the shredded beef and chicken tacos were delicious, with fresh toppings and plenty of flavor. We also shared an order of stadium nachos, which were loaded and definitely hit the spot. Great portion size, lots of cheese, and the jalapeños added just the right kick.

To top it off, I had one of their margaritas, which was refreshing and not too sweet—perfect pairing with the food.

Chips and salsa were okay—chips could’ve used a little more salt and crunch—but overall everything else made up for it. This new Buckeye location is a great addition to the area, and we’ll definitely be back for more...
