First Watch consistently delivers one of the most reliable and genuinely fresh breakfast and brunch experiences around. It's truly a bright spot to start your day, and I wholeheartedly recommend it, earning a strong four out of five stars. The food is the main draw here. Everything feels like it was prepared with care, focusing on high-quality, seasonal ingredients. Their menu staples are excellent—the Million Dollar Bacon is a non-negotiable appetizer, and I frequently find myself choosing one of their healthy-yet-hearty options like the A.M. Superfoods Bowl or the elevated avocado toast. They also keep things interesting with a rotating seasonal menu, so there's always something new and creative to try. The atmosphere is another huge plus; the space is always bright, clean, and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a casual weekend meal. The reason it stops short of five stars, however, is the classic popular brunch problem: the wait. On weekend mornings, the line can be significant, and once seated, the service, while always friendly and professional, can sometimes slow down considerably when the kitchen is slammed. It’s a minor operational hiccup, but it does impact the overall experience slightly. In summary, First Watch is a standout for its fresh menu and positive vibes. Plan ahead, get there early, and you'll have an almost...
Read moreWe had the opportunity to partake in the friends and family opening of Buckeye. The whole experience was wonderful. We were sat in the middle of the open concept dining area. Staff were overly eager to assist us. The food was quick to table and was delicious. My kids are picky eaters and ate it up quickly. Per my son " those were the best bacon I have ever ate" (million dollar bacon). High praise from him.
This is the first time eating at any first watch and it became clear that the open plan concept is not conducive to an intimate setting. There was alot of customers talking which made things too loud to hear my own table's conversation. Our table was directly between 2 other, not leaving any room for customers to get in and out of the seats, or, for their servers to speak with them without knocking items off the involved tables. I'm not sure what the other restaurants look like inside, but unfortunately, this is not going to go over well for our family in the future. We plan on doing take out it available But probably will not eat in again unless we get a corner table when its...
Read moreWhat a wonderful experience! We were invited to attend the Friends & Family event and they did not disappoint! 🙌 From the greeter, to the hostess, to the server, every single interaction was so friendly and welcoming! My husband, 2 kids and I enjoyed our entrees and the presentation is on point too! I HIGHLY recommend the Million Dollar Potatoes 😋 We also got iced coffees which were wonderful, pancakes, eggs, honestly every item we got was amazing. I've long been a fan of First Watch and was a bit nervous that this event wouldn't be quite up to standard because of being so new, but you wouldn't guess that at all! I'm so excited to have this restaurant so close to home now! If you are dining with smaller children, requesting a booth is your best option if possible. The table layouts can be more of a challenge given their proximity to other guests, so just know that it might present some difficulties if you can't sit in your own private booth. Other than that, this is the place to go for fresh ingredients, healthy options, great service and a high quality...
