Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Buckhannon

I understand that they were busy tonight, but the app told my wife and I 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, my wife went in to get the food. Her name was taken and the person who took her name then disappeared. After 10 minutes, a manager asked if she had been helped. My wife said that she was just waiting on the order. He said okay and also left. After ANOTHER 10 minutes, the manager noticed my wife still waiting and turned around to either check on the order or maybe avoid her. Who knows? Anyway, after 5 more minutes, my wife was told that they were just waiting on our cookie. Tired, frustrated, and hungry, my wife waited 5 MORE minutes (we're at 30 minutes waiting in-store, 50 minutes since placing the order if you're keeping score at home), and was too annoyed to be bothered to check the order. On the drive home about 20 minutes away we realized that we didn't get our drinks pr any sauces for the wings. Furthermore, our situation was totally mishandled. Apologies and honesty should have been the first thing to happen, not the last. I've been working in food/customer service for 15 years--I've been a waiter and a manager for some TIME--and am APPALLED by how this situation was handled. The management staff should be totally re-trained if they think this...

Depressing & unprofessional for a restaurant. I have been battling cancer for 2 years due to major surgeries including having 3 inches of intestine removed I have to be extremely cautious of what I eat. The dish I chose had to be modified because they ran out of an ingredient, I couldn't do it. Instead of bringing a menu back I had to list something off the top of my head. Mind you no manager, the cowards expect the wait staff to take the heat. I tried explaining to Alexis my issue but she bounced off in a rush even with me being polite. I picked a house salad w/ house dressing (nasty watered down lemon juice). All cores of lettuce head. There was no apologies and I was treated as the problem. We remained polite, sadly, that was useless because she abandoned us only coming by to ask if we wanted to take our left over garbage home. We had to wait 20 minutes for my side salad & boneless wings then an additional 30 minutes waiting for the check. This is the third miserable experience at a BW3, all 3 different locations. $27.08 for doggy chow, coward managers & a piss poor trained waitress. She got a $3.00 tip for at least bringing the doggy...

Although this was the first time this has happened, my husband and I were very disappointed. We are extremely patient folks when it comes to restuarant service, especially if it is busy...but in this case, it was not busy at all. We waited approximately 15 minutes before our waitress came to take our drink order. At that same time, she was ready for our food order...we did actually want appetizers. We ordered appetizers and waited another 35 minutes for those as well. Our waitress stopped at the table beside us to speak with some family of hers (I get that), but...someone else brought our appetizers and they had been sitting for a bit. We had gotten filled up on our sodas and chips and waited another 45 minutes for the food we did order. I did not make a scene, but did let the manager know that is was extremely inconvenient to wait over an hour and a half to eat. We were comped for the issue, we exited without any "loud" issues. That would have been uncalled for. But highly disappointed at that...
