So we usually eat here 1-3 times a month but fair warning, they got a new system with new prices but didn’t update menu’s or at least post a sign saying prices were increased. So menu said taco salad was $8.99, requested to add steak to taco salad.

My taco salad was $10.24; which is the listed price for a “fajita taco salad” so I inquired about it and she told me prices changed. She had my waitress come over and she explained that the fajita taco salad is now 10.99.

Then I asked why I was charged $7.99 for a side of steak when I asked to add steak to my small taco salad; I didn’t ask for a whole side order of steak. I usually pay $2-3 for a small amount of steak added not a whole plate of steak.

Cheese dip increased by 50¢ - no biggie.

Soft drink is how 2.99; not sure what the price was before.

My concern is… people purchase what they can afford on the menu and to find out usually $20 meal was $26. $6 isn’t much to some but it is for others who planned the spend $20 and give a $5-6 tip. I stated that menus need updated before making price changes or at least post a sign so families on fixed incomes know there orders are going to be higher than usual. She said it’s only $6 and I said if that’s the kind of attitude you have towards customers; I won’t be back here.

Before I finished paying the cashier the waitress was already behind me telling her co-workers how I was complaining and I said I wouldn’t be back. I paid the cashier, left no tip and told her that if this is the hospitality your waitresses have; can’t even wait for the customer to leave before insulting them. We would never frequent this restaurant again and I would ensure to share...

Visited restaurant at 1255pm today. We sat down and waited for WAITRESS over 15 minutes to place order. Received chips and salsa almost immediately. After ordering a pitcher of beer it took 20 minutes to receive. Was told she had to change keg by manager. I asked WAITRESS when we ordered what type of draft beer on tap. Both Ultra and Bud light? I would have been happy with either but she never came back to tell us she had to change keg. The manager came over after my husband complained to another waitress. He had the nerve to tell me since the WAITRESS was Small it was taking longer for her to change beer keg. She was small frame probably 100 lbs. The restaurant had 4 men working during this time. The manager didn't seem busy, the 2 cook's came out refilling drinks and young man waiting to hand out chips and salsa. The restaurant was not busy. I've been to this restaurant atleast once a month for the past year and a half since I moved to WV I was recently diagnosed with a medical condition that I cannot eat peppers and onions. This was never a problem with the last management I was served my Casadea with no peppers and onions. Since new manager I've been told it now comes with peppers and onions. I do not blame the kind and overwhelmed WAITRESS she was just doing her job. I told her I will not be returning to this restaurant. This restaurant will lose customers with this poor...

This used to be my favorite Mexican restaurant (I have been a long time customer), but I ordered 2 Enchilada La Paz and they didn't have crab meat in it only grilled onions and peppers and grilled shrimp. Showed the waitress and she said that she would tell the manager. She came back after some time went by and said that he said they mix the crab meat in a mix and then add the grilled shrimp. I said I showed you that there wasn't any crab meat in it. She shrugged her shoulders and said I believe you and told me to tell him when I went up to pay my bill. She believed me??? I showed her! I mentioned to him when I went to the register to pay and he ignored my comment and gave me my total. I will not be back for a very long time if ever. Very disappointed that I was cheated. Next time I will go to Don Pacos when I want Mexican food or finally give World's End, Mama Mia or Fish Hawk Acres a try. I hear that they all have very good food...
