I enjoy the donuts and Pepperoni Rolls from this place, but the inside is a complete mess. It’s run-down, it stinks, and it feels like I’m slipping back into a time when the people who owned the building first opened the shop. It is not at all updated or modernized in any way, aside from the Wi-Fi that it offers. Security cameras are pointed directly at employees and the staff usually fight amongst themselves and provide a very uncomfortable environment for the customers. The donuts are great, so don’t let this stop you from trying the food, as there is a drive-thru option and they’re open 24 Hours daily. If you do go inside, I recommend trying the Strawberry Shortcake or Blueberry Cake donuts. The Pepperoni Rolls can also come with Mozzarella or American Cheese and can include a Pizza Sauce and Peppers, making it a Pizza Roll. It’s just such an out of touch place that it’s hard for it to do more than stick out like a sore thumb in an area that is trying to modernize and upscale its appearance. I truly wish that something was done, as the food can be quite good...
Read moreTerrible experience. I waited 20 mins for 3 sandwiches for them to forget one after the boy asked me 3 different times about my order and writing it down once. He went back and then I waited even longer until my husband rang me up and told me to cancel it because of how long it was taking. The boy forgot to go back once again to make the sandwich and he didn’t even ring it up. When the manager asked me rudely what I wanted since he didn’t even ring up my orderly correctly, I said I wanted a refund because my time had been wasted. The manager continued to be rude to me, and when I confronted her on why she was treating me like that, she said it was because I was being rude. I had waited 30 mins before even saying anything. A customer even butted in and acted like I was the issue for complaining. They did not handle this situation very well. In fact, they made me cry, and ultimately we decided to return all the food. When my husband went to get the refund, as he was leaving, they told him they hope I...

On the 2 trips we've made recently, they have at least 1 extra person come out to take orders plus the spot at the regular take-out window. This speeds up the process considerably.
We purchased their yummy homemade pepperoni rolls for ourselves and to take to family in NC. We got pepperoni rolls with mozzarella cheese and pepperjack cheese. They are about $3.50 each and have ground up pepperoni. They cut the roll open and insert cubes cheese. They usually microwave it, but we got them cold and microwaved when ready to eat.
Pepperoni rolls from Sheetz are ok, but these are truly delicious. They are loaded with pepperoni that is s bit spicier than some and the bread is awesome.
On our last trip we got a couple donuts which were...
