purchased a new cub cadet mower on 9/3/16. it broke down first of sept. 2017. asked them to pick it up and repair . they finally called to pick it up the middle of april 2018. i had purchased a new mower that very week. grass does not wait on southern of buckhannon to honor their promises. when i purchased the mower i told them that i had no way to haul it. they said no problem, they had a pick up and delivery service. guess i should have asked if that meant next week or next year. if you want to deal with someone who will stand behind their word i would not deal at southern states...
