Panda Express — Restaurant in Buda

please do not take this as click bait but very serious for your health,Here goes.

Now I used to eat here on daily stops cause the food was quick and very convenient than other places. Well this day went very wrong and management did nothing about the situation either; so I gotten one of my usual plates I get and I was in my car eating. Combing through my food towards the end I managed to see a hair like item (looks like came from a dog cause it was a tight tension when I pulled it) in my food! Now very pissed off but not to cause a scene, I return to the store and spoke with a manager named Igor or Edgar which made everything worse and needs retrain or fired, (the second one is much needed) to speak upon the fact of the situation. I told him that why was this hair in my food and his words, "well idk how it got there cause no one have blonde hair, you want another plate?" In which I told him, it's no point making another plate due to(and having that stigma) that all the food may be tainted with some contaminat inside them. Instead of on the term of issuing a refund, he never did, only just "I can make you another plate, sorry." But no refund.

For a place to have so called high standards on cleanliness, this one sure as hell didnt.

All I have to say is this, if you value your health, don't eat here, eat somewhere else, cause buda locations of restaurants are very sub par. And this at panda express, if you like eating other people, animals etc hair in your food, come here.

Went to Panda tonight and had one of the worst experiences. My friend and I placed two separate orders through the Panda app for pick-up. Upon arriving I received my food, however they had given hers away to another person. They retook her order after brushing me off as I tried to re-explain that it wasn't our fault and I had to wait about 35 minutes with my newborn upset in the parking lot as I watched many orders get made before my friends was. When it was finally brought to me, there was only a small apology only after I had asked why it took long. Then, I went through the line again to see if they could remake my food since it was sitting in my car while I had waited. The manager did not seem apologetic at first as he kept saying "they made my friend's order twice" and not actually listening to the situation. He finally said he would take my order back and remake it but I needed to get my newborn home. I was super frustrated and crying by this point so, without looking me in the eye he said he could remake the plate for another day. I hate that I had to get to that point in order to be heard. I finally said thank you and left. Overall, I spent an hour and 15 minutes waiting for two online orders placed at 7:45 to be picked up at 8:10 that I took home at 9:15. This put me home at 10 where my sick friend and her kids were sitting there hungry left to eat very late on a school night. Very disappointed and very upsetting for what was supposed to be a easy...

So second day they open, . I was with my friend. I placed an order and the young man said I will bring it out to you when it's ready bc be 7 min on lo main noodles and 5 for rice , but I can take your oder, I said ok, placed order for large lo main noodles, rice and chicken for my friend,.rice was done and I came to pick it up from the counter bc seen the server was helping someone new .I waited and 1 min then 2 min , I was like hi , I need my orders please told the same man that took my oder, he had my friends order first and then forgot to give me the souce , so I waited again at the counter and said I need the login main and the sweet and sour souce please,. Then the man again was helping someone but the person seen me and said help her fist, I said thanks ,. The server handed me the food and I walked to the table,. My friend said food was alright little dry on chicken and rice was over cooked. I took look at the noodles in front of me and looking dry and over cooked , I said nasty taste , I turn the noodles over and long oily hair was in the noodles , I was just thinking of my face. I told the lady about it and the lady came over took the plate and asked what I wanted next to try , I said nothing, she had my meal $ back to me and I left sick...
