Little King Coffee — Restaurant in Buellton

After driving through Santa Barbara on our way up north that is when my wife said she needed coffee/breakfast. We just randomly stumbled upon Little King Coffee.

Not only did we get to meet the Little King himself, but we also found an amazing spot we will undoubtedly come back to. I had the Cortado and my wife the Chai Latte. We were both pleasantly impressed with the quality and taste of the coffee, which is pretty hard to do.

Initially, looking at pictures of the breakfast sandwich, it looked really heavy, but I got it anyways. I am so glad I did. It was the polar opposite of heavy. The biscuit was so light almost like a type of foccia bread lightly salted on top. The eggs were cooked perfectly. We also had to try some of the baked goods. The Madeline and coffee cake were also fantastic.

A random stop turned into a future planned stop after 1 visit. We can't wait...

Wow, this place is truly remarkable. The coffee and chai are excellent, and the breakfast sandwich was fantastic--the best I've ever had at any coffee shop--and their baked goods are delectable. Everything is clean, polished, and high quality, so much so that I already want to go back tomorrow. The owner, Ryan, is very friendly and kind, the staff are attentive and friendly, and I am sad that this gem of a shop isn't in Arizona because I would certainly be a regular. It is evident that a lot of thought, care, and planning went into this place because it is reflected in every detail. I stopped by Little King Coffee with my coworker while working nearby, and it was a truly pleasant experience. Ordered the Greek yogurt with grapefruit, pistachio, and citrus honey, along with a hot latte made with half and half. The yogurt was fresh, beautifully balanced, and the latte was smooth and comforting. The space is inviting, clean, and has a calm atmosphere perfect for a short break, working remotely, or quiet conversation. The owner, personally greeted us with genuine warmth and a friendly handshake, which made the visit even more memorable.
