I really love Korean-style cold noodles (naengmyeon), and if a place makes their own noodles, Iโm always willing to try it. The noodles here were excellent in texture, but the broth was lacking in depth and flavor. While this isnโt a naengmyeon specialty restaurant, if theyโre going to keep it on the menu, it might be worth putting a bit more care into the broth. Honestly, the soy-marinated pork ribs and other dishes might be a better choice here than the naengmyeon.
I visited again after a long time and ate soft tofu, cold noodles, and grilled pork ribs in soy sauce. Sundubu is similar in every restaurant, but Korean-style naengmyeon gets high marks because the noodles are made directly . It is not easy to make noodles yourself using a noodle machine. In Korea, only famous cold noodle restaurants make noodles themselves.
The pork ribs were delicious as they had no smell, the meat was soft, and there was a lot of it. The staff were especially friendly, so I didn't regret giving them a tip.
These days, it's hard to eat in a world where tips are so expensive. It's been a while since I've been back, but I always want to visit...

I saw waitress put her hand to ladle where you put soup in it instead of holding the ladle holder. What is this? Is she actually want me to use that ladle when i saw her using her hand for holding money, credit cards, and checks... Also, another lady drop the fried fish(์กฐ๊ธฐ) on the ground and instead of throwing away into trash can, she picked it up and put it on the cover sheet of other fried fish. Unbelievable and ridiculous.. I will never go there again.. how would you know what they will put it...

I was in the mood for some soondae and saw that they had pics of that posted up here so I thought I'd give it a try. Having had some excellent soondae at Seoul Soondae, this place falls short of that, but it's great for convenience and price. Not to mention they have all your other homey Korean goodies here too, like steamed dumplings, dukkboki, tofu stew, and easily a dozen other items. I think it's a case of jack of all trades, master of none, but they hit the spot when...
