I have purchased this company’s “ROJOS AUTENTICO CLASSIC 5 LAYER DIP” many times. It’s a perfect party dip or quick nacho maker if you follow the recipe on the package. It’s supposed to be a “5 Layer Dip.” I’m writing because it’s not the first time I have had a hard time locating the guacamole layer which is almost nonexistent. The layer of guacamole is so thin and there is never be any guacamole in the center of the container. It’s almost like they spread it around the outside edges just so it will show through the clear plastic container. It’s just for show. There really isn’t a layer of guacamole. As I said, this is not the first time I’ve noticed this. There’s plenty of beans and almost too much salsa and a nice layer of sour cream on top. They don’t really add enough grated cheese on top to call that a layer. It’s really 3 layers of beans, salsa and sour cream. You have to hunt for the guacamole (and you never really find it). Then add a slight sprinkle of cheese on top. If this had been an isolated incident then I wouldn’t have written this review but it’s been like this each and every time I have tried this product. They give priority for loading and unloading to the Mexican truck drivers from what I can see! Myself and one other white truck driver have been sitting here for hours while other drivers (all Mexican) have been coming and going seeming to be loading and unloading very quickly. I don't like playing the race card in my review, I'm only calling it as I see it! The man unloading my truck (Mexican) does speak English but he gives you a bad attitude when talking with you. He did not say anything rude to me during my visit to make me feel like he was being rude but it was his body language, the look in his eye when he's talking with you, and keeps conversation very short like he doesn't want to speak with you. Body language sometimes shouts louder than words. And I can tell he does not like white guys! It's a terrible place for docking. I check in... not knowing there's an A&B building. Of course, I check in the wrong building. The fuk up part is... the Hispanic lady checked me in.
