Yesterday I went to Wife and today I had a company dinner here. It wasn't fancy or expensive food, but it was delicious and we all ate until we were full.

I praise the owner who gives the best sensible staff and food tasting service without hesitation.

Korean snack bar style restaurant seen on TV. There are many types of food and the prices are cheaper than other restaurants. The food all tastes better than the basics. The inside of the restaurant is small and confusing, but the service was fast so I was impressed.

This is Korean food that young people will enjoy. A restaurant where all the food is delicious, especially Chinese food, and it is more delicious and cheaper than a specialty restaurant.

I would like the owner to see this review. This must be addressed for their sake. On Sat around lunch time, we ordered dumpling soup for my 2yr old kid. When it was ready, we noticed that it was a spicy dumpling soup. I asked server if this was a mistake as we repeatedly stated that it’s for our 2yr old son. But she said this is how they normally serve with spicy dumplings as base. I thought I missed any notation so looked over the menu but there was no indication of spicy sign nor anywhere in the restaurant. The menu simply states as “dumpling soup”. I addressed this to the server how would I know if they did not indicate, but she simply replied and left, “you should have asked. I thought your kid can eat spicy well because some kids can.” My wife politely asked for the replacement and the server seemed agreed. (Funny thing is when the server ordered to the kitchen, she also told the worker for the “REGULAR dumpling, not spicy one.” When they brought me a check, they charged twice for the dumpling. I still wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt by asking if they made a mistake on this. But both servers came and told me that they can’t remove the charge because of the change of mind. And we again went into the conversation about what is reasonable knowledge for the first comer. Their answer was simple, “This is how they operated the business for 10 years and never had any issue. You are one weird person.” When I finally raised my voice, one server told another server that “don’t fight with this kind of people, it is your loss. Just give him and brush off.” They packed the soup in the container without any side dishes or utensils. Is it my fault to not know how they use spicy one as regular? was I supposed to ask all menu item if they are spicy even if there is no sign indicated?

토요일 점심때 들려서 2살 아들을 위해 만두국을 시켰는데, 매운 만두국이 주시길래, 서버 아주머니한테 잘못 나온 거 같다. 우리 오더 할 때, 애기 줄 거라고 얘기하고 같이 웃으면서 농담하지 않았느냐. 라고 말했어요. 아주머니는, “우리 만두국은 김치만두국이 기본이고 아닌 걸 먹으려면 물어봤어야 했었다. 안 물어보길래 아들이 매운 거 잘 먹는지 알았다.” 라고 말하고 가버리시 더군요. 전 제가 메뉴를 잘 못 본지 알고 다시 메뉴를 봤는데, 그냥 “만두 국” 이라고 써 있고, 매운 표시도 없었습니다. 또 가게 내부에도 김치 만두가 기본이다 라는 싸인 도 없었고요. 와이프가 나이스 하게, 이거 바꾸어 줄 수 있냐고 하니, 알았다고 해서 본인의 실수를 이해한지 알았습니다. (웃긴 건 본인도 주방에 오더 할 때, 레귤러 만두 국, 안 매운 거) 라고 레귤러라고 표현을 하시더라고요. 음식이 오래 걸려서 To go 로 요청하고 Bill을 요청했습니다. 그런데 만두국이 두 번 계산이 되어있더군요 (그래도, 실수인지 모르니) 정중하게 이거 실수로 잘못 계산된 것 같습니다 라고 말씀드렸는데… 서버 두분이서 오시더나, 못 빼 주겠다고 하시더라고요. 이유는 원래 제가 마음을 바꾸었다는 겁니다. 이런 메뉴로 10년동안 아무 문제없었는데, 왜 이런 문제가 당신 이랑 나오는지 모르겠고, 매운게 싫었으면 오더 할때 물어봤어야 했는데 안 물어봐서 제 잘못이라는 겁니다. 저와 이런 얘기로 언성이 높아지자, 원래 오더 받았던 (나이가 좀 더 드신분이) 다른 서버에게 “얘, 저런 사람이랑 싸우지마, 너만 손해야. 그냥 줘버려” 하시는겁니다. 이게… 전 여기 처음 간 곳인데… 당신들이 10년동안 단골 장사를 하면서 아무 문제가 없었다고, 모든 손님이 메뉴에 대해 많은 지식을 당연히 가지고 있어야 하는 건 가요? 기분이 나빠서 제가 어떻게 밥을...

Over priced, extremely rude and disrespectful service. Have reviewed on yelp and owner responds to all negative reviews (there’s a lot) with hostile responses. I guess that’s no surprise from someone that has so many 1 star reviews on their extremely rude, aggressive treatment of customers. I was seated with my daughter at a tiny table right next to the bathroom and shared a wall with the open concept kitchen (almost as disgusting as the owners behavior) before we were eventually refused service and asked to leave because we moved tables. And the food is bland with small portions, and ridiculously overpriced. You’re better off getting Korean at any of the countless respectable spots in the area. Owner at some point should see all the bad reviews about her behavior and develop some social skills or...
