Arby's — Restaurant in Buena Vista Charter Township

My whole family stopped in for lunch on the way up to our cabin, so 5 of us in total, including my 92 year old Veteran Dad. He uses a walker, and when we finally get him inside, we ask an older lady employee where the bathroom my father needs to use it. Very rudely, she says and points go back outside the other door and walk down the sidewalk all the way down to the left. It was ridiculous how far we had to walk outside to use the bathroom. It was connected to an employee door for them to use. Very creepy. Needless to say, it was too far for him to walk back into the restaurant and eat and then walk all the way back to the car. So, one of us got the truck for him to get back into right by the ordering station outside, and I went in with my sisters and ordered food for 5 to go. The same rude older lady took our order and would barely say 3 words to us. I personally believe she was racist against white people the way she acted and her body language. So yes racism can happen anywhere to anyone. What a horrible experience for my father, and we will never stop...

Lawn service was operating a motorized blower near the drive-thru order kiosk. I pulled ahead to the window to order because I couldn’t hear anything. When I explained this to the person at the window, their only comment was “well, I could hear you…”. The person did not appear to be interested in accommodating my needs or taking my order. After I paid, I was asked to pull ahead even though there wasn’t any cars behind me in line. I told them that I didn’t want to move and the reasoning behind it. The worker responded that there was a timer in the drive-thru that tracks order times and they needed me to move so that the clock would reset. Apparently, my convenience is less of a priority than their performance. Overall, it was a bad experience, even by Arby’s standards. Very unfriendly staff. Do...

Tonight I walked in to this location to be told by a guest of an employee to “go ahead, I’m just bothering people”. We decided to dine in, a dirty dining room. EVERY table was dirty. Trash on the floors. And the benches had dried old food on them. There were no napkins and the condiments were running low. The drive thru order taker (a female) kept coming out to the dining room to talk to and kiss her guest. She then went outside. While leaving the parking lot, after my less than pleasant visit, she almost hit my truck with her vehicle...WHILE NOT ON BREAK. I won’t be back, despite the delicious food.
