New post: Pros: Seating was open. Outdoor sitting. Service was still polite from last time I was there. Back are seems popular by the bar. Chocolate cake was ok. Cons: Unfortunately much has changed since last went. The food was overly salty in about every dish. The cream of broccoli, was very ...buttery. drink prices are very high. $7 beer is too much . Spent over $100 for 1 kid and 2 adults. My father who never sends food back , sent back the flounder franchise. My brother took one bite of the tiramisu, and didn't bother finshing. Service was very slow . We were only table out side bar, for a while and took over 2 hours. We had to get up to get someone several times. Shame, and this was for my wife's birthday. Was pretty disappointed. All and all I would not recommend. If I ever go back i would need to forget that last visit. I'm Beef and that's where I was... Unfortunately. Old post: Pros: spacious outside area. Pleasant staff. Food was very good. Good portions. Clean , and interesting decor. Not too noisy. Good soup. Cons : pricier than it should be. Flys . Random outburst from bar area when sports are on. Not very creative desert menu to choose from. Hard bread . Overall: I would go again , ideal for cooler evening maybe .

We were a party of 6 and decided to be seated in the back restaurant, as it's less formal and we had a service dog with us. We were greeted warmly. Our waitstaff graciously moved us to a different table as the sun was directly in one of our group's eyes. We had excellent service. Dylan, our waiter, was beyond excellent. He had a trainee with him, who was also excellent. Our drinks were refreshed at just the right moment. Never had to wait for the next course. Everything was timed perfectly. We started with the Calamari appetizer. Yum! Perfectly prepared. Then salads and soup were served. For dinner I had the Veal Oscar. Perfection! Lots of large chunks of crabmeat. My husband had the Veal Parmigiana. He thoroughly enjoyed it. Large portions - we each took half of our meal home! Dessert for me was just coffee. My husband had Vanilla Ice Cream topped with Chocolate Sauce and coffee. Everyone else in our party said their meals were delicious also. Our servers were personable, gracious friendly and very professional. It was truly a wonderful experience.

Very recently I had a 104th birthday party for my mom at Villa Fazzolari. Giovanni was a wonderful host. I met him at the restaurant and he helped me to plan the event. A wonderful birthday event with 40 people In attendance. I could not ask for better service, or better quality of food. Our two waitresses, one was Erin, and I forget the other girl's name, but they were on top of their game. All the food came out and the timely fashion, And they made sure that all guests work comfortable and if there were any food allergies they were taking care of. I also need to say that if anybody is interested in Italian rum cake, just for a slight up charge you can get this wonderful Italian rum cake for your dessert. It is made in house! Everybody raved about it, and my mother had two pieces!! So I look at that and she was the final judge and she has bought many of from cakes for all the family birthdays we're at all her years. I highly recommend Villa Fazzolari Ristorante!

0 Stars Horrible communication. Disrespectful owner. Do not plan an event here. 1st person we spoke with gave a tour of their front room. It was very intimate and perfect for our event. However when we arrived we were told it was in the back area. Service was ok at best. 40 person party with 2 servers. Servers were very personable but did not have enough help to accommodate that many people. We asked to speak with someone several times about the placement issues. The manager just said this was the original room. Buffet food was cold. Good for salads, not good for other foods. We were not allowed to take the leftovers home. They took the rest to the back. Not sure why. They can’t re-serve it and we paid for it. We received the bill being charged for 60 people. The contract he had in his hand had numbers crossed out and written over. You can clearly see that 50 was crossed out, then 65 was written and crossed out and finally 60 was written and circled. Not sure why or when that happened. Our copy has 50. We initially asked for compensation for wrong room (because the back room was not the setting for our decorations and event). At the end we asked for manager and the owner when our issue was not resolved. The owner at 1st was calm and speaking with us. Basically he said the women that showed us the initial room lied or we were lying. As the conversation progressed he began to yell and throw his arms up. He was accusing us of not wanting to pay. That was never the case. We wanted the leftovers and to pay for the amount of people that was on the contract. He told us that he had to bring in more workers for a party of 60 then he would have for 50. That’s crazy because these girls couldn’t do it with the 40 of us. Finally we gave up in exchange for paying for the correct number on our contract, 50. The servers were crying and told us that this isn’t the 1st time this has happened. Neither server was happy and both said they hate working events in the back room because this type of thing happens a lot and they were embarrassed. We paid and will...

This was our third time eating at Villa Fazzolari. The first time we went 8t was my husband and I that went. We enjoyed our dinner so much that when our friends came in from Canada we took them here. All 4 of us enjoyed our meal. The one thing I do mind though is when it’s a mixed party of ladies and gentlemen is when the server refers to you as guys! As a female I resent that very very much. Anyway last night Sept 8th we came to Villa Fazzolari again for dinner. We came w other friends. It was not busy when we got there for one. The bartender that greeted us got us seated. From the time our server came over she referred to us as guys and needless to say that’s how she address us most of the time. My husbands dinner came out cold as well as our friends dinner came out cold. My dinner was ok, but I’ve had better veal Marsala. Our friend had chicken franchise. She told me it tasted like they had poured way to much lemon juice over it. The server apologized to the gentlemen and took their dinner back and it was supposedly remade. When their meals came back the food was hotter, but my husbands eggplant parm was mushy and had way to much sauce on parm as well as on pasta. Our friends veal parm was better but also a lot of sauce. We opted for no dessert. Two coffees were ordered. One was lukewarm. Our server presented us w shots of lemonicello which wasn’t necessary, especially since one person does not drink. It was a very disappointing evening. Now for my vent. I grew up w a mother in the restaurant business as well as I’ve worked in the restaurant business and people business for a life time. Teach your servers how to address their customers when coming to a table!!!! I never address my customers as guys even when it was all guys. It’s gentlemen or ladies and when it was children I referred to them as young ladies or young men. My other vent is, if you r in the restaurant business u need to...

Disgusting "Owner"

If you enjoy your dinner to be served with a side of verbal assault, look no further, you've found the place. My family members who frequent Villa Fazzolari had rented a room to celebrate a child's birthday. While attending this small gathering a parent asked if we could order a pizza for the two young children in attendance. The parent had ordered pizza in the past so they knew it was a menu item. The "owner" responded by disputing that it was not possible and even said "I already told you that I don't have to deal with you disgusting people". A simple no would have sufficed.. Perhaps, instead he could have offered a kid's menu? Needless to say being called "disgusting" really did bring down the mood of this CHILDREN'S BIRTHDAY PARTY. When confronted by the host of the party, the"owner" became very irate and loudly said "I could kick you out, disgusting people, I don't serve people that are jerkoffs, what planet do you live on signora" . This uncomfortable exchange took place just outside the room that was rented and heard by all in attendance. It was after this exchange that the catering order was found to be incorrect. A manager, not the "owner", came out to address this issue. The manager was polite, respectful, and calm as he appropriately handled the situation. I would also like to make note that the wait staff was also excellent and handled this uneasy situation with grace and tact. To close, it came to light that the "owner" is in fact the actual owner's entitled son. I will only remember the name of this restaurant as to be sure that I will never go back and can advise others...
