We are new family in the area and we love your garlic knots, french fries, to fresh baked bread! We normally get tuna wraps to tuna hoagies best we ever had always fresh! Salads are great to soup and garlic cheese bread yum! Always when we take out or dine it just love the staff to atmosphere such positive vibes so welcoming! Tip them well! That being said, have some graceful people making mistakes and your pizza not coming out as good as it should or your delivery was late or someone messed up your order. When you’re perfect then you should leave a perfect review, other than that, try being in their shoes and dealing with customers really don’t appreciate them as humans and they don’t make mistakes. These people work hard they make a great product sometimes something goes awry, can’t be perfect all the time! When there’s a mistake made, try, picking up the phone and having a conversation with the manager or the owner stop leaving a bad review thinking that is acceptable for change.

When my food still wasn’t ready at 7:43, after my husband had been standing there waiting for the longest time, I called and spoke to the manager who offered no explanation as to why, no apology for the inconvenience and he just said “it will be ready soon”. We finally got the food several minutes later. Still no apology, no explanation, they just handed the food to my husband with what seemed to be an attitude. Waiting in the store for as long as he did, he watched several customers get their food and they all received a “happy holiday, have a good night” before leaving, so I’m truly perplexed as to why they didn’t extend the same courtesy to him especially since he had waited so long.
