I had the distinct pleasure of dining at Yen Yen Chinese Restaurant, and I must say, it was an extraordinary culinary experience. This hidden gem on the North Shore has truly earned its reputation as the best Chinese restaurant in the area.
From the moment I stepped through the doors, the impeccable service was evident. The staff's attention to detail and their genuine warmth set the stage for what would be an exceptional meal.
Now, let's talk about the food. The standout dish of the evening was undeniably the Beef with Panda Fried Noodles in Lobster Sauce. It was a symphony of flavors that danced on my palate. The tender slices of beef perfectly complemented the rich, velvety lobster sauce, creating a harmonious balance of savory and indulgent. The noodles, cooked to perfection, added a delightful texture to the dish. Simply put, it was a culinary masterpiece.
But the excellence didn't stop there. Yen Yen's menu boasts a wide array of dishes that showcase the depth and diversity of Chinese cuisine. Each dish was prepared with precision, showcasing the freshest ingredients and expert culinary craftsmanship.
In the realm of Chinese cuisine, Yen Yen is a true standout. It's a culinary destination that leaves you with an unforgettable impression. If I had Michelin stars to bestow, this establishment would undoubtedly earn a coveted five stars. Yen Yen Chinese Restaurant is a North Shore treasure that deserves every bit of praise...

Yen Yen has since remodeled the building. There is more space to sit down and choose your meals, but you can still go for a quick online order and pickup from convenience.
CHECK YOUR ORDER & YOUR RECEIPT.
I don't know if anyone else might have been short-changed, but many of the lunch specials range around $8.99 online but in the receipt, it says that the order is $13.99. I'm not exactly the person who would nit-pick over this kind of stuff, but from what the cashier was hinting at with me, this was NOT the first time they encountered it!
Their website has false pricing compared to how their POS system is! To the one guy picking up all those vegetarian dishes, I humbly apologize for not making a mention.
The food is actually okay for what it's worth, but I would not head back here if they still plan on doing this kind...
