Checkers — Restaurant in Buffalo

Horrible management. Went to get a little late night eat (my fault for going 30 minutes before closing), and every car that pulled up to the ordering speaker, waited about 3 to 5 minutes (plus) before they were even acknowledged. No, "Hello, please wait"... nothing.

When people were putting in their orders, you could see through the food window, employees laughing, goofing around, etc - I'm all for a relaxed work environment, but it seemed as if they were running the clock to take as few orders possible.

I can't speak for the sound quality on employees end, but it seemed as if the, "Can you repeat that?", & the continuous repeating back the incorrect order to car after car, was done on purpose (?).

Finally, 11 minutes before they closed, I was at the speaker saying, "Hello" (x3), and (you guessed it!) no answer... This lasted 11 minutes, until they were closed.

You could see employee take headset off, and then the manager came outside and told everyone behind me, that they were "closed" and to "go home"... Manager approached my vehicle asking if I've ordered, and I said "No, I've been sitting here for over 10 minutes and not one word". He said, "Sorry, we're closed", and walked away.

Terrible customer service and employees. Won't be going back. Ever.

Could of at least satisfied the "fatty" in me, and taken one last order, since I was already patiently waiting for 30 minutes, 11 of which were at the...

This place may have the name of Checkers but what they sale is giving dirty grill in a park, the burgers are always dried out. The funnel fries started out great now they are greasy and stuck together. I mean are they supposed to be cooked in the same grease as fries and chicken sandwiches because that's what it taste like. Besides food, employees will have you waiting at the window 15 mins before acknowledging you and they see you watching them do nothing. It seems people have gotten to comfortable in their positions to where no effort is put in to customer satisfaction. I'm an out of towner who now lives in Buffalo and in the same neighborhood as this Checkers. I know what Checkers is supposed to taste like the burgers for one are juicy and the fries crispy. This place needs a revaluation. My review is not coming from a one time visit but many, I understand with fast food you may sometimes get food that is not to the expected standard but at this point its never good its never satisfying and a waste of money to...

This Checkers normally gets my order correct and hot. until today. My fries was cold and my fry lovers XL was half full. I wanted a spicy chicken meal instead I got small sandwich. Food was also cold. The person was nice taking my order and the worker at the window was great. Food was not. Super Sad.

5/21/2022 "MY FOOD IS HORRIBLE!!!!!" I ASKED FOR NO CHEESE AND WHAT S ON MY SANDWICH... CHEESE. MY OTHER SANDWICH IS NOT A SPICY CHICKEN EITHER. I GOT ONE ORDER OF FRIES COLD AND THE OTHER WARM. CAN'T REACH THE STORE OVER THE PHONE(PRE RECORDED LINE SERVICE MESSAGE) BUT I AM NOT GOING TO TRAVEL IN THE LATE HOUR TO FIX IT. I WANT SATISFACTION NOW!!!! NOW I HAVE TO GO THE NEXT DAY TO TALK TO SOMEONE.

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER NO MATTER HOW NICE THE STAFF IS.THAT'S ONLY REASON I ADJUSTED...
