Let me start by saying this I'm new to the Buffalo area and I'm big on customer service and engagement. I've worked in retail for over 20 years so I know both sides of the fence. I went online to search for sneaker stores in the Buffalo area and Streetgame came up. So, when they came up and I saw the storefront of their merchandise. I decided I would go there and check them out to see what they had. When I walked into store there were two guys at the counter and neither one of them greeted me. Then this lady walks in after me and they immediately greet her. I turned around in shock and looked at them, then one of the guys proceeded to ask me if I needed any help. So, I told him no, I'm good and walked out of the store. Why would I want to patronize a store when they can't seem to greet every customer.
