Let me start by saying this I'm new to the Buffalo area and I'm big on customer service and engagement. I've worked in retail for over 20 years so I know both sides of the fence. I went online to search for sneaker stores in the Buffalo area and Streetgame came up. So, when they came up and I saw the storefront of their merchandise. I decided I would go there and check them out to see what they had. When I walked into store there were two guys at the counter and neither one of them greeted me. Then this lady walks in after me and they immediately greet her. I turned around in shock and looked at them, then one of the guys proceeded to ask me if I needed any help. So, I told him no, I'm good and walked out of the store. Why would I want to patronize a store when they can't seem to greet every customer. Nowadays, it's seems like people are more engaged in their phones at work than making sure they give every customer an exceptional shopping experience.
