Cook's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Buffalo

Wanted to start with this is a local neighborhood corner bar. Not to many people even are aware of this place I heard through a bunch of friends that this place had an amazing fish fry. I have stopped multiple times unaware that they only do fish fry’s every third Friday . I was able to pre-order witch was awesome. Walking in you definitely knew you were an outsider everyone in there hangs out there but I don’t want that to discourage you the people sitting at the bar we’re extremely friendly and the bartender at the time was not very welcoming, after I said I was there for a pick up she told me it wasn’t ready yet and didn’t even ask if I wanted a drink while I waited . Witch is interesting because she had an opportunity to make the business more money by me buying drinks. So moving on the fish fry was absolutely fantastic . Even With travel time the fish was so crispy and was so delicious and all the sides were wonderful. Only complaint was the size of the sides I would say they use an ice cream scooper to measure the sides . So next time I will definitely order extra because we definitely enjoyed them . Big question will I go back absolutely. Definitely in my top 10 fish...

Its family run. There open later then near by bars. They have some real good food I love the pizza logs. They have awesome cool down to earth just amazingly great bar tenders.my favorates.. Yes I said favorites are Charlie and Paulette.. Its down to earth and have good family AND adult functions for holidays and more. There is a fish fry I believe every Friday....
