Istanbul King Kebab & Pizza — Restaurant in Buffalo

I think all the photos and reviews associated with this restaurant must be fake. In fact on doordash that says that this is a virtual brand so I'm confused as to why people are talking about dining in? My Dasher had to wait about a half an hour so our order was quite late. That's fine I expect that kind of thing to happen on a Friday night. But the quality of food that we got was totally unacceptable. I really hate to talk badly about any business that I'm sure is just trying to make money but people need to know that what they will receive is very low quality and borderline inedible. The gulab jamun were completely white and had clearly not been fried. My poor husband did not know that they were not supposed to look like that and so he bit into them. They were doughy and tasted like sour milk. We thought we would be safe with the pizza but it tasted like cardboard. The chicken shish wrap was soggy and lacked flavor. The salmon on top of rice was okay but a bit rubbery and the rice had no flavor whatsoever. We just ended up not eating the majority of this food because the quality was so poor and the flavor is lacking. To the owner who is responding to comments please explain the gulab jamun in particular. You know that's not right,...

Best food in town..😋 An amazing place. Words, facial expressions, belly noises can't express how much we love this place. Food was so delicious and the service was impeccable. We had made dinner reservations for 20 people on a Sat night. We added 10 more at the last minute. 30 people! They made it so easy to order and serve that many people. I can't explain how delicious the food was. We all got our appetizers fast, food and drinks fast.Even the kids meal was so plentiful, that we all shared. Salad was fresh. We had the wings, lamb chops, samosa and platters of meat. The tea was complementary and sooo delicious. I had 5 cups. We don't usually eat dessert, but you can't not deny yourself. OMG their desserts were out of this world. Service was amazing. No problems with ordering extra, substitutions. I heard a lot of good stuff about this restaurant so I decided to go and check it out myself and let me tell you what!! The food is incredible. I’m a gyro fan and ever since I moved to buffalo, I didn’t find any good tasting gyro. After trying mixed gyro from this restaurant, I can tell you that is the best gyro in buffalo. Meat is well seasoned and rice cooked perfectly. Also tried the pizza with chicken, mushroom and jalapeño toppings. The crust is perfectly baked and pizza was delicious. Right amount of sauce, cheese and toppings. Also tried fried ice cream for dessert. Loved it!! Crunchy outer then soft n cold ice cream inside…Can’t wait to try other stuff from the menu!!
