Metro Pizza Co — Restaurant in Buffalo

Point in story: make sure u have them repeat your order back to you and ask for the price!!!! first time ordering from here was excellent..I always order double cheese with 2 or 3 toppings...the past couple months i have had 3 incidents where I've ordered. And they didn't do double cheese. Could tell by the price..and the only thing that would offer is to send the pizza back and have another made which- come on who really has time for that- but today's pizza was horrible..wish I could post a picture...not double cheese..(it's half pep. Half mushroom) 2 slices of mushroom had barely any mushrooms 2 slices in the whole pizza had so little cheese it looks like just sauce pockets and one of the pep. Slices had 2 lines of pep. All piled up side to side and the rest of the slice...only one pep. At the tip of the cut. I call and explain this is my 3rd time calling because they didn't do it double cheese and I know for a fact because of the price. He tried to tell me it was and the price was right even for double cheese..wrong....not gonna make this a huge story but I also explained that the pizza itself looked horrible guy claims to be a manager and that he also cut the pizza and he knows it didn't look as bad as I'm explaining and wouldn't give me any credit or anything...will never order here...

My MAIN pizza spot for me!!! When you're from the area then you know about Metro's... I have been ordering from here for almost 20 years now!!! Pizza is good as well as their hoagies, chicken, etc. The staff are usually cool and ready to assist you as soon as you walk in. No where to sit so if you are new then expect to come in, grab and go. Delivery is always good, never taking too long unless they are truly swamped. Funny story is how I would always talk with one of the delivery guys through the years until like a couple years ago, his TWIN brother hops out the car. My mind was blown since it was always either one or the other. All in all, Metro's is our sacred spot for some...

Food is amazing and incredibly fresh. 18 years in pizzerias on the west side of Buffalo, Metro is most efficient and fresh, that's my word. It's a transition phase right now with staff. Be patient. Quality is their top priority. Owner and employees are amazing. The owner is very customer service oriented. Manager isn't as customer service oriented. Employees constantly complain and even though the owner is hands on and working inside daily management seems distracted and not concerned with customers results? Pay is above average as the owner understands work ethic. Tips are incredibly appreciated. Since the nineties Metro been giving us great pizza subs...
