KT CARIBBEAN CUISINE CAFÉ — Restaurant in Buffalo

I was super excited to try this restaurant, especially their roti, because I've been really missing Trini food. When I went home to eat, I noticed that the dhalpuri was really tough and upon eating I realized that there was only one piece of chicken in the roti, 1 bare bone, and a few pieces of shredded meat. I was also hoping that I would've gotten the chance to say I didn't want any sweet chutney, so it was a little too sweet for my liking. Overall the restaurant is very cute on the inside, and the staff are kind. I'm hoping to come back some time as I may have caught them...

I ordered from the food truck during a festival- i wanted ox tails but they were out- so I got jerk chicken instead -with Mac and cheese and string beans - I should of looked at my food before I walked away as I normally would have-- the chicken leg was laying on top of plain white rice it -only had sauce stains from the chicken on it.. This is an absolutely amazing food truck. They are super friendly and the food is incredible. I get the "double" from them all the time. It doesn't look like much but the bread is soft and delicious and the filling filled with spices.
