I placed an order online and when it was being delivered we noticed it was the wrong order so we refused it we ordered a couple pizzas, pasta and wings and they were trying to just deliver us the wings we were no no im not paying an arm and a leg for just wings and delivery driver took the wings back i called the store and asked for a manager first this lady said she would help and asked what my issue was told her she said well manager is busy we will call you back well after 20 to 30 minutes later they called me back and said they could not give me a refund or credit for i am wasting food i said wait what you messed up and expect me to pay for it cus im wasting food i said not acceptable i paid for food and got nothing from you he said he will contact the driver and tell them to bring back the food i said the driver has had it for over 40 minutes already and also it was not the order i placed he kept being rude and talking over me and said he can not refund me and cant credit my account i said whats your name and he would not tell me it i said its ok ill figure it out he kept screaking at me accusing me of wasting food he kept saying my driver will bring back the food you ordered i said i did not order that food it was not the stuff i ordered well i contacted customer server and got a reply saying that is not good service and asked how i paid for it i reply how and its been over a week and no reply and out money they are rude at that store and just...

This Evening On A Family Walk My Daughter & I Decided To Stop In Here And Grab Their Amazing Brownie Cookie. While Walking In, I Noticed The Male Cashier (Mid 30's) Locked Eyes With My Underage Daughter (14 Years Old) And Wouldn't Stop Staring At Her. I Put My Daughter Behind Me And Placed Our Order. That Same Guy Told Us 10 Minutes So We Went To Stand Outside Where Her Dad Was Waiting. I Was Explaining To Her Dad What Just Happened And While We Both Went To Look Into The Windows, The Employee Was Sitting In A Chair Off To Side With His Camera Out Acting In A Manner As If He Was Taking Photos Of My Underaged Daughter. I Locked Eyes With This Guy And Gave Him The "I'm Watching You" Mannerism With My Hands. He Then Put The Phone Down And Didn't Look Our Away Again. We Waited 5 Minutes And Walked In To Get Our Brownie. Once It Was Placed In My Hand, I Asked The Staff Why It Was Ok For Their Co Worker To Sexual Harrass Their Customers. So we order from this location often twice a week during the summer and carryout because there half mile from me, but I ordered lastnight delivery cuz it was icy and cold they delivered quick food was great as always!! This morning I ordered and doordash ended up delivering I placed order online and reorder same thing on my account to my normal address, doordash had wrong address and had it as the papajohns address so I called store spoke to the amazing manager and he wrote down right address b4 doordash even showed up to pick it up, so short story they delivered to the grid which was papa johns address so I went thru doordash app to fix this issue and they had me fill a form out to get my refund ect. Didnt know the form they gave me was ti complain about papa John's when they did nothing wrong door dash did, then lady calls me at 6 pm when this happened at 10 am and was nasty rude unprofessional and called me a liar, papajohns manager caller back and apologized and is fixing my issue, so long story short PAPA JOHNS IS AMAZING AND WILL NEVER LET U DOWN , AND DOORDASH IS TRASH.
