Drive-thru takes a REALLY long time. When my friend and I arrived, there were 10 other cars ahead of us. Total time spent in drive-thru from arrival to my Big Mac "value" meal being handed to me was 47 MINUTES. Two reasons I didn't ditch the drive-thru sooner, after waiting 20 mins, the line moved 2 cars up in less than 3 mins and I was the next in line to order. I also decided to forego my meal and just order for my friend thinking this might speed things up. It didn't speed anything up. When I finally got to Window 2 to pay and collect my food, the person at drive-thru gave me an attitude because I asked for an additional Cup of Water. Really?? Asking for that was a big mistake. I was left waiting another 10 mins from that point, as if it was some kind of revenge for asking for an additional item. When I asked why it was taking so long after ordering the water, she said that all items were not ready. Then when I'm handed my food, that's all I received. I did not receive the cup of water that I asked for. it's not like I made an unreasonable request asking for another big Mac meal or any other meal for that matter that would take time to cook. Getting a cup of water takes 15 to 30 seconds, especially with the fountain machine being within a couple feet. To add insult to injury, the food I received was not a big Mac. It was a double cheeseburger that was missing mustard and pickles and the food was cold as if it had been sitting for over 20 minutes. I would have what back through drive-through to complain or parked and went inside, but at midnight, the doors are locked and the drive-thru time is horrendous.
In many ways, this is the franchise owner's fault not necessarily the workers. I would imagine what the level of service that I received, the same person provided the same level of service to many other customers and someone else would have probably complained.
Not only am I no longer visiting this location, I'm no longer visiting any other McDonald's locations, as drive-thru times are the same across the board no matter what location you go to. McDonald's themselves have no reason to really care, as they've monopolized most areas simply because they're the only place that's open 24hrs. I can definitely understand how busy McDonald's gets, but if you know you're that consistently busy, are at least one or two more people. Drive-thru times and food quality customers receive will increase tremendously. You will also have happier employees because the two that you currently have working aren't stressing the hustle several orders...

Through GrubHub I've received drinks on two different occasions without any label covering the straw insert area, and without straws.
My order through the app was given to me after waiting 35+ minutes and talking with the manager (female told me she was manager when I called inquiring about delay).
On separate occasion items was missing from order. The response I received was two gift certificates.
It's unfortunate that such large corporations/franchisees aren't properly informed about the importance of customer service, and the impact of reviews (reputation management as part of digital marketing) as part of the buyer's cycle in online shopping.
It's therefore my recommendation not to order from this location using the McDonald's app not through GrubHub. Although many may choose this location due to convenience, don't use this location at all if you desire good customer service.
It's very impersonal to provide a good product without an accompanying good customer experience. This is true for both McDonald's and GrubHub.
Drinks being delivered unsecured is an extremely unacceptable safety hazard, especially considering concern for covid-19.
It's my hope that the city, county, and governor's office become aware of this instance of unsafe practice I experienced, and the possibility of others having experienced the same.
