McDonald's — Restaurant in Buffalo

This location was absolutely terrible from the managers attitude down to the cleanliness. My friends and I got there around 10am on Friday. We drive in from Chicago so food and bathroom breaks were needed. We dropped my friends husband off inside since he really need to use the restroom and parked and went in. He was still waiting they wouldn't let him use the restroom without purchasing anything. Being from Chicago I'm used to this, though really annoying when it's an emergency. After I ordered he ans I both went to use the bathroom and I gave my receipt to the other friend and the manager let me in the restroom. Then they were able to pick up my pop but refused to give them my food and the manager said she gabe it to me, but she couldn't have as I had been in the restroom right after I ordered. I had to go up to the counter and get interrogated just to get my breakfast.

The manager also had double standards as she refused to let my friend use the restroom before she ordered yet she let another woman do that very same thing right before she told my friend no. Then refused to let her buy anything in order to use the restroom. We ended up having to go to the other McDonald's a few miles away so she was able to go.

The manager was also berating her staff in front of all the customers. She should not be up front in working there at all. The way she treated both staff and customers was unacceptable. Those employees dealing with her deserve a raise for having to deal with her attitude on top of working on orders.

I hope they replace her soon as she's clearly not cut out for...

Do not go here. I never received a receipt for my order when I came through the drive. through. I was told to pull up and wait on the side for my order, but there were no other cars in line. The coffee I got tasted like sugar and skim milk. After going inside and standing at the counter for ten minutes a manager walked up. She did not greet me. After telling her about my coffee she insisted it was made correctly and refunded my money. Most would have asked if I would like it remade. There were no apologies. I began looking around at how disgusting the kitchen actually was. I continued to wait another 20 minutes for my food when another employee stated after that someone already took it out to my car. The service I received was sad. Watching four employees move as slow as molasses, while another car pulled up in the drive through and I waited. After getting in the car we realized our food was cold and the fries were stale. When she originally told us we were waiting on fries! They were not busy and there was no politeness or customer service to be found. I would not eat here again due to the lack of motivation of the employees, but most importantly the overall dirtiness of this particular location. It was not even worth the hassle of waiting another 20 minutes for a refund. We threw it out and...

Cashier which apparently was also the manager was very rude and nasty. She acted as if she was just to take my order and do anything else for that matter and she acted like this with all the people who I had seen her deal with and she had 3 customers ahead of me when.I arrived and was in line and then I seen her also take care of 6 other customers after I had ordered my food when I was waiting for my order. Then when the same employee made my ice cream cone she acted like she was not going to make my cone even I was waiting for 20 minutes after I was given the rest of order that was a few burgers, well she was asked if my cone was coming after I had gotten the rest of my food and she replied when it's ready and I watched other employees make cones for the ppl in drive thru and she was just standing there looking around making nasty comments underneath her breath and about other customers and employees just acted like she was just to good for anything and she was just trying to get a reaction from anyone who was going to say anything about how she was talking to people and making people wait because she was not doing anything. She acted as if she had better place to be...
