Pat's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Buffalo

We order from Pat's weekly. People make mistakes. But my experience yesterday had me livid. I called at 2:23 pm for a pickup at 6:30 pm. That was the first thing I said was the time I'd be picking it up. Anyway I called back not quite two hrs later and it was an automated system and I changed my time to 6:15. The system acknowledged my request. When we got home, which is literally 2 min from Pat's the pizza was ice cold,dried out and the wings,and as always didn't get the extra blue cheese I paid for. The celery was literally mush.I called to speak to the manager and he said there was no time on the slip. I told him I did give a time. Ok mistake on the person that took the order. But if u see an order sitting for 4 hrs, wouldn't you call that # and see what's up. My # is literally on the order receipt. I asked what he can do for me since I paid $50 for a large and 20 wings( price went up)that is disgusting. He said "NOTHING" I told him I'm going to get a hold of the owner and he hung up on me. I called back and asked to bring me the blue cheese I pd for. Delivery guy did but my family was afraid to eat it thinking they did something to it. So disappointed with the service yesterday. THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM PAT'S PIZZA IN RIVERSIDE :

Tried to order a pizza and some wings from Pat's Pizzeria in Riverside. A large cheese and pepperoni and 20 wings is 29.95, I asked to add another single (which I knew was 9.50), so the kid rings up the pizza and a triple order, and it comes to $46.xx before tax. I balk at the price, explaining math, but he says he's new and doesn't know the computer well. No problem I figure, I'll get a manager to figure out remedial math for him after I arrive. Hahahahaha! I got stone walled by the manager on duty! "Sorry, you ordered a pizza and a triple order, that wipes out the pizza/wing deal". So I explain math again, and point out that I saved them a box. Nope. Stone wall. I would've liked to have just left, but people were counting on me to return with food. So I held out my credit card and said "I'll pay it, but I'll never buy here again." "Okay" he said cheerily and took my card! Unreal. And I should add, this is the first time I'd purchased from them in years due to incredible rudeness on the phone previously. I can't even imagine how rude these people are who worked there on Monday the 24 of September we ordered a 5 piece chicken finger dinner and a single order of wings First I was asked what time I would like my order and I said whenever so he said a 1 i said fine with me so they was here in a 1 so I received my order the chicken fingers was good my chicken wings looked terrible so I called and asked for the manager so they put me on I asked him if the wings was reheated he said no didn't ask me can I help you he just hung up the phone so I was very pissed at this time and said is this how you treat people they hung up again now am steaming hot I called back again now I get to speak to a so called manager and he says if am going to threaten his job you can kiss my behind call pat and tell him and no I will not remake your wings and guess what happened again the hung up what a bunch of unprofessional people they have there that can't take the time out to say is there anything I can do p.
