I wanted to visit the original location in EA but it’s a little far so I’m ecstatic they opened a location in Buffalo! I’ve been waiting to try the amazing offerings Rosie has and it was definitely worth the wait, even while there are long lines it is totally worth the wait bc thankfully the workers move diligently. Thank you to the staff of Rosie’s!! Okay on to the review, the ice cream is absolutely amazing!!! It is perfectly creamy and every flavor is uniquely crafted, I’m glad they allow you to sample bc I sampled quite a few but I decided on Oreo milk bc everyone around me was ordering it was well and I see why! It’s no basic cookies and creme, it’s x100 better!! I also ordered rose ice cream which is a light but flavorful offering, and I was visiting during St Patty’s week so they had limited edition flavors & I got Irish slammer which is a very decadent chocolate with fudge swirls. They also make their own waffles cones, it smells amazing outside and even better inside! They have plenty of cone options and even bowl options if you choose to do that, you can even get it in a bowl and buy a waffle cone on the side for just a $1. There is a great shaded sit down area with plenty of seats & wood chip ground which gives a fun playground feel and probably better for dogs, don’t be scared to she’s a table if no open spaces. They do have a parking lot which is great, it is small to average size with about 8 slots & one lane so if there aren’t any open spaces you will have to maneuver out of there which most likely will be reversing back out on the street in a high traffic area. One handicap spot and suitable for bikes as well. Great prices for great product!! I’m happy the hours are widely available so anyone can pretty much go. More seating with low table & high rise seating inside as well, there is a bar w additional seating that offers beer & wine along with food options. All around amazing place for anyone, alone or with friends! They do allow dogs inside as well for anyone with a dog or allergies. There’s 2 bathrooms and a water fountain as well. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

I recently went to Rosie’s on a weekday around noon. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had a parking lot, though it’s kind of hidden in the back and it’s not super clear that the driveway you turn into is the right one. When I came in, the girl at the counter was friendly enough. I noticed some of the ice cream in the glass display case seemed to be melting cuz she was skimming off the melted parts of it from the top as i was deciding on a flavor. I spent $8 on a double plus a waffle cone. The ice cream tasted good but it was the saddest looking ice cream cone I have ever bought. It was very soft and did not hold its shape whatsoever. I sat in the store trying to eat it quickly, but it still melted/dripped all over. The waffle cone also exploded in my hand as I was trying to lick my ice cream cone, causing me to have to quickly grab a dish to avoid half my ice cream being wasted. Overall, I would not go back to Rosie’s.

Went in before they were closing for the last evening and tried two flavors, which were both good in their own right. One of them was an oat milk based ice cream, which was delicious and I have never tried before, but I will definitely be on the lookout for ice cream made with oat milk in the future. The other was called Santaā€˜s cookies, which was definitely a bit indulgent and had huge chunks of sugar cookie dough in it! Ice cream scoops werea bit on the high side, price wise, but definitely a nice treat from time to time. The staff are very friendly and let me try a few different samples and definitely look forward to checking out Rosieā€˜s in the future for more flavors and to hang out at the bar area. This was a very cool looking space right over on the west side.

Went here for the first time on Saturday. The ice cream was very good. Decided to come back again today (7/7). We got there and the line was long which we did not mind as we thought the ice cream was worth it (mind you we live 30 min away). So in the span of 3 days we spent $80 on ice cream, again no big deal. However when we got to the front of the line we asked to try 3 flavors in total. There were 4 of us. The guy scooping rolled his eyes annoyed. Again whatever no issue. But then as we check out the guy working out loud, loud enough so we could hear says ā€œOne day when someone asks for a sample I’m going to say no!ā€ Ok then but is that not your job. I’m not wasting money on something I’m not sure I like! Then my mother says to the guy checking us out ā€œIs it not okay that we tried samples, isn’t that the pointā€ the guys pretended to be confused although they all heard and say what and then ignore us and turn around. Ice cream is amazing but safe to say extremely rude comment that was not appreciated and made us feel like we were not valued customers. Very annoyed after...
