Had an absolutely deplorable experience here today 4/24/22. I understand that it’s the first nice day of the season and that they weren’t prepared for the rush. Thats fine. However, at no point did they tell ANY of the customers that they were low or out of materials and that there would be a LONG delay. People waited over an hour with their children out in the baking sun. I ordered 2 drinks and didn’t even receive my full order after waiting an hour. I have been an advocate of the juicery since I was a child but this was the first time going here in over a decade and I have no interest in being a return customer again. Absolutely miserable. I ordered the chicken Ceasars pocket and 2 smoothies. There was no chicken in the pita. The dressing was on it when I recieved it even though the description lists it as on the side. It was drowning in dressing and just inedible.

The protein power smoothie was less than desirable. Loaded with chia seeds but not listed as an ingredient. Fine if you're expecting it but not so much when its a surprise.

paid 17.50 for 1 peach mango smoothie and 1 mango slushee. the mango slushee wasn't horrible, but my peach mango smoothie was inedible. it tasted like a scoop of yogurt and half a scoop of fruit. very bland and had a strong creamy yogurt taste that drowned out any taste of peach and had a very slight mango flavor. I had 4 sips and threw it away despite it being icy and fresh. very disappointing considering the amazing location. lost potential. personally won't be paying for more over...
