After a frustrating experience at another Subway where no staff were present, I came to this location hoping for better. Unfortunately, the service here left a lot to be desired as well. I asked about the footlong pretzel, and they told me it’s no longer available. Fair enough—but when I asked for alternatives, the staff didn’t seem helpful or interested.
I went with the footlong cookie, and they pushed me to try the $6 footlong Doritos. I gave in and bought it—but honestly, it was disgusting. Definitely not worth the money. After everything that happened earlier, this just added to my frustration. Instead of focusing on customer service or making things right, they were more concerned with upselling something subpar.
It’s no wonder Subway has lost its appeal. Between the inconsistent service, lackluster menu items, and pushy sales tactics, it doesn’t feel like a customer-first experience anymore. I stopped buying my subs there because the manager finally revealed that he didn't like me using subway coupons, told me to stop using coupons and started yelling at me. This is my second review in two weeks. He somehow deleted my first review. The manager and the staff are unfriendly and should be retrained how to treat customers politely. The subs were below average compaired to other Subway shops, skimpy on vegetables and meat and not fresh. The shop is always cluttered with empty boxes, dirty floors and no access to the restroom. I was always told that I had to go next door to Marshall's to use their restroom. I am a loyal Subway customer, but will be doing my business at another location where I would be treated with respect. Read moreThe worst subway I have ever been too! I ordered online then went to pickup. I ordered a rotisserie chicken and a titan turkey(which says it has 33% more turkey). I was greeted by the most unpleasant man behind counter. I took the subs home. The subs were never toasted. The chicken sub maybe had approximately half teaspoon of cold chicken. All I tasted was bread and pepper. The "Titan turkey" sub had 2 pieces of turkey on the sub. Both subs had barely any veggies also. Horrible!! Never again. Save your money. I used to love subway. 😔 doesn't even deserve 1 star. If I could put negative 10 stars, it would better explain my experience. They should close this subway and make room for a better place, better food...
