its sad when the best thing i can say is the fries were ok. 2nd best thing is its 2x as much fries as i got the first time i ordered it some months ago. but nowhere on the planet not the history of food & man does a reuben come with onions on it. and wheres the sauerkraut?? zip zero none. i didnt order it with onions or without the kraut so epic food fail guys. and i hate onions.i just question who & why they felt it necessary to tamper with a classic munch like a reuben by modifying it? pretty gross, now the meat bread and all are contaminated with nasty onion flavor where frankly it doesnt belong. never has. super disappointing for almost 17bucks plus tip. but just like fast food drive thru, this take out flub wasnt discovered til i got home where i thought i was going to enjoy my food but ended up making a pb&j and tossing this in the trash. unlikely to return, definitely never recommending this place. sad too bcuz disappointment started with being unable to get chicken soup which used to be a staple at literally every greasy spoon in america like this. elevating food?cut it out. i...

Less than stellar experience at this restaurant this morning. Ordered the Broccoli & Cheese Omelette. Even though the omelette was large I was surprised and disappointed to find it was made using frozen broccoli instead of fresh. My wife, on the other hand, ordered a Belgium waffle. Expecting a mouth watering fluffy hot waffle to enjoy she got a rather small cold one the she couldn't even get the butter to melt on. Not sure if it was fresh made or a prepackaged frozen one. The wait staff never returned to ask us if everything was OK or anything was needed. Water glasses (our only beverage) were left unfilled as well. While at the cashier stand we were never asked how our meal was. She just looked at the bill and announced the amount to be tendered. Took our hard earned money, a quick thank you and walked away. Might be just a off day for them. Can't say because this is the only time...

Someone in the kitchen was having a bad afternoon....been here several times with no complaints but today was different.....I ordered beer battered fish that was more batter than fish and dripping grease on the plate....wife ordered broiled fish that was dry and was probably pre cooked and reheated....heavy fish smelling if that makes sense.....waitress immediately realized problem and took different order from my wife....she ordered beef slouvaki medium that came out super well done.....once again waitress recognized problem and remove it from check....before she could do this, she sheepishly came to table and asked for a piece of the charred meat as the manager needed to see it as he apparently didn’t believe waitress or my wife.....service was great.....food terrible and management worse.....no longer a...
