Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Buffalo

Ordered here multiple times they are ALWAYS out of something. Three times came here ordered on app and they were missing basic menu items. The 3 times I came in person they just simply say we don't have it then look in the other direction. I asked would it be taken off my order they said they couldn't do it. So then I ask for something of the same price . Never received a "I'm sorry" or anything. Today I ordered a mobile order and it came from this location.. driver calls and says they don't have what you ordered. I asked if they could take It off or replace with something of similar value. They offered a sandwich. I'm thinking it's something they had already made because it's rock hard and the cheese is discolored like it's been sitting out. The drinks I ordered came with no straws and the other sandwich is made incorrectly. This location is poorly run. They lack training and basic common sense. my least favorite tim hortons in the area ..........they rarely ever have everything on the menu today they didn't have cream cheese and havent had soup on the menu since they opened , their excuse is [ covid ] how covid prevents you from making soup but every other tim hortons manages to still make it is beyond me ??????????.........................today i walked there at 8am and they refused to open the doors and watched me knock on the door for ten minutes i finally go get my car to go through the drive thru and the excuse the gave me for not opening the door was they are under staffed mind you i personally counted 7 employees in the store .........................after all that the ended up messing up my order and gave me sugar instead of Splenda [ IM DIABETIC...

If I can give a lower star than this, I would. Honestly, this is a question to anyone out there that can answer: is there no law that protects verbal harassment of employees from mangers? What kind of professionalism does this place have if all they can do is gossip and abuse employees that maybe quiet, but actually does the work of 4 people? I’ve observed this place for straight 2 hours because of the drama, and ya Allah, the attitude that manager, Shenique or something has, my God, no one can compare. And what more? Just make the place into a high school environment and what, join the high schoolers in their gossip?! Atrocious! Can higher level people really do nothing about this?!
